Rolling Is that the Cambridge Audio amp? I bought Cambridge CXNV2 streamer which is excellent. It shows a picture of each album if there is a pic in the folder. It's stream magic. They have a new cheaper streamer. I suspect it's followed the rule that whatever you buy there will be a better cheaper version soon. Yes, AXA35. It seemed to have the best reviews in the budget (lol) bracket. I feel like it doesn't sound quite as full as my old one, but dunno. Maybe it's better to have speaker and amp the same make? That's what I had before, now it's Cambridge amp and Sanyo speakers. Will look at that streamer for my next step, ta. Then I'll be signing up to some audiophile equivalent of the ggb Chatterbox to discuss Ohms and Watts with like minded enthusiasts. |

The one time I went to Amsterdam I took a portable vape. Good decision, taking a non-portable vape would have been much harder. |

I'm not sure there is much difference between them except they are different shapes.
They don't have a screen, which I like on the more expensive models, but apart from that I expect they are better than my 6 year old model.

I dropped my espresso machine earlier. Broke the water reservoir and spilled water all over the floor.
I had *just* cleaned the floor after cleaning out the washing machine filter and water had pished everywhere.
Swear words might have been said.
Just ordered a replacement water tank from Jeff. Sunday will be coffee day.
Tonight will be booze.

I’ve got some old lookimg Wharfedale speakers that are quite good. Though … to be honest I mainly just listen to an ambient radio station so they just kind of hum.
You know … I think headphones are a big force for bad in the world. For badness. Headphones when in public.
Some of the most antisocial behaviour seems to be carried out by people wearing headphones (in public).
