Monday, bloody Monday.
Morning all! I'm back at work, first day back after two weeks and two days off. How do I do this work thing again?
Been watching Disenchantment. Much like Futurama, it starts off a bit slow, but I'm quite enjoying it.

I half-heartedly played some Fortnite and PUBG, but getting a bit tired of it all. Will try and install Rocket League when I get a chance. Watched plenty of Orange is the New Black and Disenchantment. Good to see Match of the Day back. I have a four day week so today is my Tuesday. Most importantly 3 days left of that god awful commute.

Morning all!
No Mafia 3 this weekend, I deleted it from existence because fuck that.
I'm getting back into playing Street Fighter V, terribly but Sagat is my man.
Also, started Prey on the hardest difficulty on survival mode and it's totally kicking my ass but I'm enjoying it again. It's nice to like sneak about skelping things with a wrench.
I won another bet last week taking my total winnings to £150 - who wants to touch me?

]I'm getting back into playing Street Fighter V, terribly but Sagat is my man. Is that online or against the computer? I saw it was on sale and fancied a fighting game. I was always a Tekken man as the powerups in SF I thought were a bad idea. But what do I know. Very little is the answer I'll save you all replying.

Bloggie.
"Deus Ex is garbage?"
You take that back, right now. Admittedly I first thought it was a load of poncy foreign balls, but give it a couple of hours, get some augmentations and go murdering everyone the bad guys with style.
You'll be stepping to the Collins next.

I'm playing it online but it's brutal when you start. If you're going to play against the computer mostly then Tekken 7 is probably a better option for you.

Morning peeps
Work buddy turn up today in middle of his paternity leave in a suit and tie. The bugger's only going for the same job I was interviewed for last week. Before I had a chance to slop coffee over him he's printed off his presentation and is off to the meeting. The creep is not just doing a presentation, but has printed a hard copy off to hand out to each of the interviewers....why didn't I think of that. My only hope is that he pulls an environmentalist on his panel who is so appalled by this waste of planetary resources that they boot his sorry ass out of the room

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh Is this still a thing? Thought it would've died by now. Scubar, that is, not the 'aaaaargh' thing. Morning All! I just spent almost a whole week sat on my fat arse playing WoW. My back is in bits, my legs barely work and my hand is crippled. But, my DK tank is kitted out, ready for raiding so it was all worth it*! Oh, I bought a Switch too! Not had much time to play it (due to the above) but I have left the plateau in LoZ:BotW and made it to the first stable. I also found time to finish off Gotham s4 (thanks Netflix!), which was very good. Productive week all told. 4 *s all round (+1 for WoW because it's still in the honeymoon phase). * It absolutely isn't, as I'll be DPS for raids and away for most of this tier anyway.

Morning all,
Spent the weekend re-editing my two podcasts on Pompeii into one. Sadly I cannot amend how I said 'pumice'.
Looking for the next gaming option. Seem to play PS3 games which have been re-released for the PS4.
Any PS4-only release suggestions welcome. Did see ME Andromeda and wonder what it's like. The new Mordor game looks ok but plenty of negativity about micro-transactions, defending forts and the like. Decisions, decisions.

GAMES!.... Restarted No Mans Sky and am getting re-acquainted with the grind. I'd got about 50hrs in when it came out but had left it for 2 years, so figured a full restart would be better. Enjoying it so far. Built my first base. Found out plants are now hostile, and have died. Four *s

ME Andromeda is disappointing. It is mostly ok, but not close to ME2.
Bloodborne if you haven't played it. I think Pillars of Eternity is cheap at the moment. it's worth looking at the PSN Summer sale. Loads of cheap games in it.

Poor babyfark comes in looking absolutely bedraggled from his hell-commute, and this other chap swans in in a perfectly-cut suit and has all the right answers.
Any chance of chucking a handful of water in his crotch?

Bloodborne sounds like one of those Demons games which brutally punishes idiots. Hi! I never played the ME series sequentially nor had a real love in with it, though I did enjoy the ones I played. May pick it up. With RD2 on the cards I'm tempted to play again but on the PS4. Loved it the first time round. That said I still have Skyrim and FC5 to finish. Just fancied something new.

The Assassin's Creed games are mostly cheap at the moment. I've always found them mostly enjoyable though I haven't got round to syndicate or origins yet.
Bloodborne is probably the best PS4 game. You just need to give it a little time so you get past the first boss. I don't even think it is that punishing. It's no Divinity Original Sin where getting utterly crushed seems part of the game design.

It's no Divinity Original Sin where getting utterly crushed seems part of the game design. I've enjoyed the AC series overall, oddly enough I played DOS and found it good fun, albeit on the rig. Recently played DOS2 and that's nigh on impossible in parts. The scaling aspect means a single wolf can pretty much take your party to pieces if you are 1/2 levels below it. And then there's Mummy Dearest who can one-shot your entire crew and have near infinite AP. I've got to a point where I have given up, a 20 min (minimum) fight looms with a character one level above me. Sadly thete are no quests I can locate to give me the necessary XP to level up. Might look into Bloodborne but still feel it's for serious gamers and not part timers!

I have found the Divinity games much tougher and less forgiving than Bloodborne. I'd describe them as for SERIOUS gamers. Obviously Bloodborne is much more action orientated, but once you have found the weapons and worked out the levelling it is all kinds of ace.

Scam, you’re alive!
Wardor - good fun, and they’ve since done away with the loot box madness.
Exclusives I’d say Horizon:Zero Dawn and Ratchet & Clank. Both great fun to play.
