Good morning,
It's a local holiday in Glasgow. Not one I get so I'm off to work. The buses are running a Sat service - and the 0730 vanished into thin air so I'm running late.
TV. More Killing Eve. If you've not watched it get about it.
Games. Deliveries in GTA innit.
Work. I've got some 'train the trainer' training from the Wikipedia Foundation this afternoon. I was supposed to do some work for it I've not done and hopefully I'll get a chance this morning.

New archer is terrible. They've run out of ideas, which is a shame peak archer (seasons 3/4?) Were absolutely brilliant. Your face is terrible. Your face has run out of ideas. You face is peak Archer. Morning all. I had some Rumbullion last night - an interesting tipple. Initial impressions were "Oh god, it tastes like I'm sucking on a cardamom pod", though it tasted better the longer I stuck with it. Games! Witcher 3. Had my chat with the baron, who seems like a fine fellow, and so had a little side-game as Ceri. I'm gradually getting used to the interface which isn't the best. |

This morning has got off to a great start.. Got in an hour early to catch up with work and hopefully leave a bit before the usual time and I've left my pass in the office while I got changed and am now stuck outside.

I usually walk though, because i draw a lot of water in this company. Where do you work where you have to show a pass on exit? Also, why get in early, get changed for work and leave the office? Hmmmnn...too many questions, not many answers forthcoming I fear. |

Morning All!
Stag on Saturday, still not back to 100% yet. Good times. Managed to rouse myself early evening yesterday for a little bit of gaming. Combed through the games with gold back catalogue and settled on Sleeping Dogs. It's pretty good. Killed a few hours, anyway.
TV wise we watched Bodyguard. Good finale in my opinion. Answered most of the questions, which is a change to the norm nowadays.

Only a brief gaming window yesterday, having survived attempted strangulation by small girl. If she tries that again i will threaten to feed her to the sofa, although the way she treats it as a bouncy castle i fear they may have already formed an alliance.
SCUMblog! - A new occurance.... I failed to die! Not even once! Discovered my new best weapon is an 'Improvised wooden spear', which is a technical term for a sharp stick. Easy to craft, i can carry 3 at a time, and it can one-shot kill a zombie if i can pull off a headshot. Have not tried it out on wildlife yet as not found any, but have found you CAN eat certain parts of zombies, so i had a bellyfull of dodgy raw meat, as havent managed to make a fire yet to cook anything. This however led to another discovery... A diet of raw zombie, mushrooms and olives has prompted a message to pop up saying 'I need to defecate' oh-kay...
After some menu surfing i found the required combo and sure enough my dude drops his keks, squats, and craps out a nasty looking loaf. Jobby done i stood up and noticed something shiny. WTFF! In the middle of my crap is a pistol! Not just any pistol, but a gold .50cal Desert Eagle! I pick it up somewhat gingerly, but once in my inventory it looks clean. I have no bullets..... wondered if they would come out in my piss, but nothing yet, apart from piss. My crafting menu lists .50cal ammo as craftable, but i need lead, gunpowder and a toolbox. Seriously hope i don't have to create and pass each of these items via the colon. When they described this game as having a hyper-real metabolism model i think something may have got lost in translation
