So,
I've just finished RDR2.
I understand why people bounced off it, but my God what a game. There's parts that drag on, the gameplay can be frustrating, there are some hugely amusing bugs; i had one amazing moment, at the height of the games emotional climax where my characters gun disappeared, so he's just giving the other guys the trigger finger.
Having said all that, it is without doubt my game of this console generation. I haven't got so attached to characters in a game since the Last of us, both in the main game and the epilogue.
I'm going to trade it in now, I think playing any of the extra bits or online will only dilute the experience for me.
Tl;Dr - man up wet pants.

I have received an e-mail from 'Steve' on the Neeson debate apropos 'his big balls' comment by me.
I agree! as is typical with the media these days they have completely misrepresented the comments stated by Liam Neeson. no-one mentioned the fact (until after it had been reported) that this event referred to happened over forty years ago in a time when racism was a 'general norm' in society. The millennial's of post 20th Century humanity don't have a comprised or defined inkling of that type of thinking or social construct. To put it simply it's akin to considering the USA 200 years ago and the 'freedoms' granted to Black people, in comparison to 21st Century America, or the right to vote given to women 100 years ago in the UK and the PM (Thatcher) being a woman. I think these media groups are a bloody disgrace the way they change things to suite their sensationalist needs and 'current/trending' perspective on society.
Classic Steve.

I thought a non-bloggers perspective.., ach, I dunno. Poor sod still lives in Croydon. He actually posted once in 'the other place' and everyone thought he was me. Mind you, they also thought I was the 'Lizard man' as well.

Just sat in a library waiting for a prescription Rookie mistake. TBF if you're in my library some of the customers could get you drugs. There would be no prescription involved though.

Gerald was DJ'n in Paisley with Dom from the subby last weekend. I've not been in Club69 for about 15 yrs and unsurprisingly I didn't go. It's a tiny venue under an Indian restaurant in backstreet West of Scotland. Quality underground establishment.

I am being very calm; this afternoon the podiatrist came as arranged ... call from district nurse "I've had to attend an emergency call out, so I won't be able to make it; how about tomorrow." Me: "As, today's visit is already a day later than it should have been, my feet are no longer dressed, but wrapped in clingfilm AND the second of the bi-weekly visits is due Friday AND control of a gangrenous wound requires regular removal of the necrotic tissue and infected biofilm how acceptable do you think that is?" "I'll see if I can get one of the night crew to come out..." (These are emergency triage nurses, 2 of them, who cover all of Bucks and they turn up about 2am, do the minimum and refer you back to the team that should have done the job in the first place.)
It's actually worse than I am describing, but I will 95% get 1 visit this week. But a hole in your artery in your groin doesn't reward an increased blood pressure ... No point anyway don't achieve anything ...
