Shenguin Buy a box of Thornton's best and a horrible card; write on card: "Roses are red.
Violets are blue.
Let's fuck Valentine's Day, away in bed" If she's Australian it will work bonzer, if it doesn't eat the chocolates ...

This is a trap. What she means is that she can't be bothered to get you anything, but absolutely expects something from you. What you need to do, and I cannot stress this enough, is hold your ground. You've already lost your PS4. If you make any more concessions this early in the game you're done for. You'll end up like scubar, living in a shed while all your money is spent on taking your mammal location-scouting for a suitable place to murder you for an insurance pay out. Joke’s on her, I don’t have insurance Technically your life is not worth insuring.

Top direct yesterday excepting the excepting of animal crossing. Always wanted to play the game boy Zelda and it looks terrifo. And final fantasy 9, I refuse to play 7 and played 8 as a yout, 9 looks intriguing.
There were other games too but I’ve forgotten them
Outlaws may be leaving weekend early next week , my gaming juice s are tingling. It is contingent on some building work being finished so it’ll probably actually be in another 5 weeks.

Games
Yes!
Metro 2033 - I am the most up to date with games Looks like the dream of completing Metro 2033 before Metro Exodus turn up is not going to happen. (I have not started Last Light)
Chapter 4 (of 7) has taken to evenings and I have not completed it.
On the plus side I am definitely further through the game on PS4 than I got on XBox360.
For what is a very tight corridor shooter it has a tremendous atmosphere. Mostly of horror and despair.
If you like horrible claustrophobic shooters Metro 2033 is excellent. In fact even if you like nice happy games with flowers in fields and co-operative play Metro 2033 is still excellent. It is regularly only about £4 on PSN as well

My main memory of Metro is using a brown gun in a brown landscape next to a brown building to shoot a brown monster which bled brown under a brown sky. It was like being in a cross between Hotblack Desiato’s spaceship and an Austin Allegro.

One can get insurance for Scubar? I doubt it.
Games: bit more grinding for job points in Octagon Travesty. Over the weekend I finished all the art deco puzzles of Glass Masquerade, so I've got that out of my system.
Set the time and date on my 3DS after replacing the battery and had a brief look at my 47 unread notifications.
Watched the Nintendo Direct, then watched it a second time with commentary, then put all those youngsters in the comments right who were getting cute because they'd spotted Mario enemies in the remake of Link's Awakening - sorry kids, that's part of the original. Also observed the Animal Crossing fans rioting in the comments and resisted joining them.
Apparently they showed off 28 games in 35 minutes. That's enough for a while. Summer looks packed.
Valentine's Day: asked Preferred Mammal whether he wanted to be my Valentine and go to the pub with me. Done!

Don't bother the the Little Mermaid statue. It is really not worth the effort of visiting. Chances of affording all the Carlsberg and all the pastries: zero Maybe, just maybe, if you sell the kids, one kidney and take out a timeshare arrangement on the remaining kidney you'll be able to get mildly tipsy.

Last time I was in Denmark I was about 4. We went to this big dark sand dune forest full of gnarled trees which my brother convinced me were trolls. He then ran away, the rotten shit. One day I shall have my revenge but, until then, I am sworn never to return.

Morning you bunch of absolute people.
Games? Yes! More shadow of Mordor. I got further than I did last time, but I'm getting bored now.. in the second part of the world and it's all just more of the same. It reminds me a lot of Mad Max.
OTTM: COYS! What a game. Vertonghen, what a man. Think even for Tottenham we're *probably* through to the next round.
Today? It's valentine's so obviously I'm... Out playing football. This can only go well.

Maybe reduce the sepia settings on your TV. Metro is not all brown. There are one or two places where it takes on an unpleasant greenish tinge.

Crank If you want some loving tonight I expect Bubbles playing on the speaker as I walk through the door. I read that as Buggles. Hearing 'video killed the radio star' as Nutkins returns home walking on a carpet of red petals laid out by Crank. Sinister.

Got a gaming chair today. "A William IV mahogany show frame tub back armchair upholstered in green material, the seat of serpentine outline, raised on cabriole supports" As described by the antiques auction house. I've gone for a nice comfy gaming chair.

Don't forget the father beans. wouldn't worry on the father beans, i'd be more concerned about mother beans, especially today. if you find that the tin that held them is empty it means you grave has already been dug, probably due to a lack of bubbles on your part and your exceptionally fried liver ( in said fava/muva beans)!
