I have fish pie waiting for me. And no, that’s not a euphemism (bad back remember). I am finally on a train though, probably around 9pm when I get in.

I was going to reply with a "...if you can't say nothing nice..." picture/gif/quote but all I got was Bambi stuff Anyway I'm in a bad mood* and being a Grown Up and already vented somewhere else I'm passing on making hilarious comments *Last about an hour max, average 48 minutes I was just worried I might be missing out. Sorry to hear about bad mood. Bambi sounds nice, though. Another film I've never seen. Bad mood has gone, listening to the Carpenters. No one, except..., can feel angry after that; sad, depressed and possibly suicidal but not angry

I am not familiar with that position. It works fine as long as you come up for air.. still binge watching homeland, season 4 episode 3-5, don't get 3 to 5 unless it plays out later. I also see Tommy Robinson (made up name) is back in the headlines and UT. I think we all need to take a real close look at the way this country is at the moment. peoples rights being stamped on, Public Transport across the board having 'issues' (as stated by our bloggie friends earlier on). It isn't just the Transport infrastructure of Britain either it seems to be other main public areas of Britain also inc. NHS DWP etc. Truth be told it feels very much like a prelude, a prelude to what is the question. End of rant..

CoD MW - is downloading. Will hopefully get on it later. After it downloaded (for me anyway) there was another download to finish the multiplayer stuff. About 15 mins. It may have been an install not a d/l thinking about it. It was saying 15 mins to start with, but now it's jumped to 75 hours.

I also see Tommy Robinson (made up name) is back in the headlines and UT. Urinary Tract? It does seem that way on occasion, though i'm not sure YouTube would see it that way. It must be tough juggling entertainment or trending and people's right to voice an opinion, even if that opinion can seem a bit wayward (see Tommy's latest for an explanation). I have no problem with someone stating an opinion as long as it doesn't cause public upset, which includes any form of racism. This can even be seen in the way that certain types of computer games are shown in the media, almost like saying you can play what you like as long as we approve of the game you play. (ref back to COD and MoH)

I vote we make you a banner so you can lead on parades; you know make speeches from the barricades. But before you don your Maillot Jaune, I suggest you look behind you - I refer you to the zombie crowd at the start of the day. My strongly held belief is that there is too much change for change's sake; it was reckoned by KPMG that every time there was a change in management or organization structure the reorganization absorbed between 20% to as much as 50% of that organization's resources. They get diverted from the functions of the organization, its raison d'etre, into the reorganization process. Indeed, some Swiss companies put the strength of their economy down to not adopting new management philosophies... And what 2 major functions of government are subjected, through the design of our adversarial electoral system to frequent restructuring and change? Transport and Education ... Staff and professionals in both have become demoralized; there is a covert managerial culture of lies; of dishonesty in pursuit of self-preservation. That cancer at the heart of those tasked with the running of these great public enterprises rots the souls of these apparatchiks. Vocations become pay checks... Revolution, partisan politics won't remedy this. It will take a leader with inspiration and vision to the centre of politics. It is to the unending shame of the Liberal party that such a leader seems very far away from Vince Cable ... "quod omnia vincit Vunce"... Good night all...

It is to the unending shame of the Liberal party that such a leader seems very far away from Vince Cable ... "quod omnia vincit Vunce"... Good night all... I agree, your basic revolution/protest scenario won't work, the reason for this is simple - as you say the political are i it for the position and power play etc, except - if you look back over time and see the way that the politics of governance has been played out since the 17th century at the start, you will notice who out of all the parties present maintain that political position. which primarily is Tory. The lib dems as was only became a party of political position because the Tories had lost face with the public from time to time, and that political position only mattered when it suited the Tories and played to their tune. So ultimately you can lobby and legislate all day to no avail the die was set a long time ago. such is life and good night to you too. (I remain impartial as always, but not necessarily on the fence). peace.
