I haven't tried yakuza 0 yet. I did watch the somewhat pervy opening sequence and the look on my wife's face when she saw it has made me wary of starting it up. What is the correct defence here? It's ok that it's pervy because it's Japanese? Or because it's ironic?

One is to point out that I had nothing to do with the creation of the game, so it's not my fault if it's weird. The second is to remind her that she knew what she was getting into when she married me, so it's a bit late to start complaining about it now. Needless to say, neither approach is particularly effective, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them. |

Hello.
Well this has been a great birthday weekend.
Friday I went for a manicure and to Dishoom for a long lunch. Saturday I watched Old Man and a Gun and Shazam. This morning I’ve been for a swim had toasted hot cross buns or hot hot cross buns if you will. It’s Spag Bol for lunch in a minute.
I also treated myself to finally hooking up the Switch to the TV. I’ve spent ages with Link in BOTW, solved one of the Divine Beasts - Ruta. The game looks great on the big screen, but the switch interface doesn’t scale that well. I also need to find somewhere a bit better for the console to go - make it handier to pick up and walk out with.

I did some top gaming yesterday - beat horse bastard and made it to blaze it up bull, who is angry and flaming, then gave up. Also some division 2, which is completely mindless, the perfect marriage of media and consumer.

This morning I went down the beach with the boy, and we had a magnificent time. He went around picking up sticks and cuttlefish, and I filled a bag with plastic detritus.
It was only when we walked up the beach that we noticed a comprehensive beach-clean effort from the local Deans group. Sorry chaps, already done your job for you.

In summary. No need for price gouging when you can sell at a standard price and still make a hefty profit.
At £2.50 for a coffee they'd still make plenty profit.
At 1.50 for a bottle of water that I can get elsewhere for 50p they'd still make a huge markup.
