I'm trying to decide between FFVII on the Switch or Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy on the PC, decisions decisions All the Ace Attorney stuff is firmly wedged in my 3DS backlog, so I have no right to even think about this.

Beautiful spring day today, had to waste it on a check-up hospital appointment. At least I learnt that the GP had not been able to pin anything on me when they had insisted on a blood test in February. Nice try!
Late lunch consisting of pesto pasta (pasta pesto?) salad. Time for games, maybe even address the backlog? I doubt it. Managed to get a few more gold frames for the portrait ghosts in Luigi's Mansion.

Actually that leads me to an interesting question. You are going to die in 18 months(ish) by an accident, you can't prevent it, you don't know how it will happen and you can't tell/convince anyone else that it will happen. What would you do between now and then? I'd either: 1) Travel the world seeking out new friends and experience many new things or 2) Quit work. Splash out on an Xpadder & a gaming chair. Play Bethesda RPGs. Drink more

I wonder what kind of 'accident' Felice is planning for us? I'm hoping for an anvil on the noggin as I walk along the foot of a cliff.

I wonder what kind of 'accident' Felice is planning for us? I'm hoping for an anvil on the noggin as I walk along the foot of a cliff. I think I'd prefer a fake lotto ticket. I 'win' £10m on the lottery. In order to collect my 'winnings' I have to go to a surprise promotional event in Plymouth, where Andrea Turner will give me a large novelty cheque (they've already paid my 'winmings' by CHAPS). Then it all goes a bit 'Tommy getting made in Goodfellas'. So at least I have the high before the low, and am dressed nice.

I think they'd just pay the winnings by BACs not CHAPS. The transaction costs are lower and someone at some point would get more interest from the delay.
In fact, it's the promise they will have been going to have paid it by CHAPS that should have been going to have made you suspicious. You would probably be going to have gotten to get to live if you would have been going to have been having thought more clearly about transaction costs.

You would probably be going to have gotten to get to live if you would have been going to have been having thought more clearly about transaction costs. You can say that again. However, the BACS 'standard transfer time of 3-5 working days'leads the layman, me, with the understanding that a standard CHAPS payment will credit faster in its self proclaimed 'same working day if processed by noon'. What I'm saying is, 'lla ksreban rae tnusc'. 'dnA os si henSnigu'. Sorry, I'm lashing out.

I'm drinking a bottle of Côte du Rhône Villages. It's the second bottle, but mammal who tolerates had a significant proportion of the first. She went to bed unusually early, and I'm reading a John Lanchester novel and listening to Mussorgsky.
Banking chat is not sober chat.

Tuffers, the only apology you need to make is for being such a mealy-mouthed hamster about calling me a cunt. And for inserting an extra "n" into my jumbled name. I am not a banker, btw. Edit: shit, maybe don't apologise about the "n". Maybe just ignore that I said that.
