Evening all!
Today is my Friday and I couldn't be more pleased about it. 6am can't come soon enough. Fucking knackered doesn't cover it.
Oh, Blackbird update, he's still hanging in there, The cat managed to take off his tail feathers in the attack, but the internet has assured me that they should grow back quite quickly and he seems to be flying okish without them, so he should be fine. Anyone have any tips on how to cat- proof a garden?

While working from home today I watched a film called Free Solo on All4. It was very good - a documentary about a guy who climbs stuff with no ropes. Then All4 recommended The Shield, so I am now watching all of that for the third time. Definitely one of my more productive days.

A lion might be a bit tricky to get hold of. Unless you live on Third Earth, obvs.
I recommend a badger. A badger that is a member of the RSPB and who was bullied as a cub by a cat. Shouldn't be too hard to find.

Good evening. Life without a mobile phone is difficult. Today I had to run some errands, not always successfully. At the end of the day I had no other choice then to repair to the nearest pub where I sat in the sunshine with a sufficiency of Estrella Damm lager.
My new phone will come tomorrow. I've also ordered a case in a mint green colour. I only noticed yesterday that one of my favourite colours, teal, has been forever ruined by Nigel Fartrag's Brexit party. I'd also like to file an official complaint about this.
Games: More Dragon Quest 7, just finished Gröndal, then maxed out on two of my vocations. I'm still very confused about how to advance jobs as the game will not tell you what battles count towards that and what the level cap is. The internet tells me that I should use DLC travellers' tablets, but they are far too difficult at the moment. Or am I just crap at playing? I don't have a problem during the story gameplay, only with the dlc. To those who have played the game: would you advise against farming metal slimes because of the weird job system?

I'm thinking getting a Lion, or cat averse badger, might be worse for little BB, and the lion shit has poor reviews. So, looks like I'm getting a water pistol, or I suppose I could just use the jet washer . . . It won't be too painful for the cat at a decent range, right?

What happens if you order a lion or badger for delivery by yodel? Do you get anything or just local news reports of an attack on delivery men?
