Has anyone bought Control? It looks quite interesting, but I think I have too many games coming (and unplayed….) I might buy it and return it.
Taking back Control

Hello.
Games - yes! Gwent with some witchering thrown in. Trying to track down all the Gwent cards is proving challenging.

Trying to track down all the Gwent cards is proving challenging. Don't bother. Just play the proper game instead.

Is the route of all evil the same thing as the Road to Hull?

I left a light-hearted dig at Ten on the latest Guardian review article about how she was trying hard to get a Guardian pick. Then my comment was FRANKED and Ten got the Guardian pick. That's not what happened. Baby left his "lighthearted dig", I told him to zip it. And then we both got a Guardian Pick. And then he got FRANKed. As did my response to him. I wish I'd taken a screenshot as proof. The comment section won't load at all on my phone atm. This suggests to me that what I've suspected for a while is true, FRANK doesn't see eye to eye with the more playful GP team. Oh, and someone asked off topic for the Control review and FRANK was powerless because the author himself answered the question. This also gave Sheep the opportunity to make the same joke as here. Tsk, tsk. It was a good joke, though. 4 stars. Edit: He made the same joke on the the actual Control review? Now that's pushing it.

A good joke needs repeating. I would not have made it on the other review but I was worried that there might not be a Control review.

I am now sporting a genuine replica Luftwaffe watch from WWII. I'm not sure they used batteries in watches in WWII. Still, £5 and I only had to put new batteries in it. What was curious is the Russian documentation that came with it.

Pret tuna baguette. They’ve overdone the Mayo. Structurally, a nightmare.

Pret tuna baguette. They’ve overdone the Mayo. Structurally, a nightmare. You have to eat it upside down*. That way the sharp bits of the baguette do not score the roof of your mouth. And you can easily throw the filling down your smock A win-win situation * advised by crispycrumb

Cobblers hanging upside down like some Wurzel-themed bat, so he can eat a baguette? I'd pay for other people to have to see that.
