I don't even like* Final Fantasy games.
* I've never been tempted to buy one. I don't like the animation style and everything I have read about the games makes me think I would not get on with them.

Well I like the Souls games, but not FF games so it makes sense I would prefer horrifically overpriced Souls tat to horrifically overpriced FF tat.
In both cases I think they are horrifically overpriced.

Cheesechat - never been a fan of blue cheese in a sauce, but each to their own. I find the flavour tends to overpower most foods, and much prefer it moist and room temperature.
I will completely endorse mustard in a fish sauce though. Use powder not premade. Colmans is perfect.
Melt salted butter in pan, add 2 finely chopped spring onions and gently fry til soft - no colour.
Add heaped tablespoon plain flour and 1-2 teaspoons mustard powder and make a roux
Add Keith floyd sized glug of dry white wine and 1 bay leaf.
As sauce thickens, add milk to keep silky.
Keep adding milk as sauce will thicken with low heat.
Add cup grated strong cheddar, and if you like it, a pinch of grated nutmeg and grind of black pepper
Remove bay leaf before serving as accompaniment with fish, or poured over parboiled sliced spuds in a casserole dish and a hot oven, if you want a toasty topped gratin.

That was the standard uk release for Demon's Souls when it first came out I think. It's certainly the version I bought and I was probably not pre-addicted.
I can remember being laughably bad at it at first.

I'm trying not to think about the the "body in a transparent water tank". There is a small break in a pipe that when the system runs under pressure is spraying a jet of water over 6ft further into the air, apparently it was thought an issue when others have seen it.... |
