Laphroaig quarter cask. One tiny glass. It was pretty nice.
Fortunately it is not as moreish as Highland Park.

I had my breakfast this morning as usual, then went to a 9am meeting at which 'breakfast items' had unexpectedly been provided. A rare double breakfast jackpot! Imagine my disappointment when I got wired into a hot bap marked 'Gloucester sausage' only to discover that it was vegetarian mush and tasted primarily of leeks. Its the hope that kills you. I now feel like amipal describes his yesterday morning, and have set off on the remedial hike to Rottingdean.

And can I have it quickly sent by courier?
Tuna Crunch baguette. This seems to have onion and peppers in it and hopefully not tuna bones.

Let's just all take a deep breath and stop the asthma-shaming. I don't use inhalers, can I have an extra helping of steak to make up the difference? My carbon footprint is a size 5, but sometimes 5 1/2 is more comfortable. This morning I have registered for online services at my GP. Atm the skill tree is pretty bare, but next Monday I'll have an encounter with the phlebotomist mini boss, so hopefully I'll get enough exp to level up. GP chat - just bought* some supplies from their merchant, they don't have a massive inventory yet but once I level up a bit more, there should be a bigger variety of items to peruse.
*I say bought, but they provided me with an accessory which reduces the cost of all items to 0.
