Morning all.
It is dark and it is damp and I don't like it.
Gamesblog - Civ Rev, and now it's just me and the French. Paris is surrounded for the end game.
TVblog - I was going to watch a TNG, but didn't. Great story, rich and compelling.
YouTubeblog - Red Letter Media's Christmas Best of the Worst. It was alright. Needs less Macauley Culkin. 4*
Amigablog - my emulated Amiga environment has gone weird, meaning I can't boot from my SD card Workbench and be able to access the directory on MacOS configured as a disk. I reckon it's something to do with boot priorities. Further investigation required.

Waisting a half day holiday.

A decent CoD clone called Ironsight is going free to play on Steam tomorrow. It's a very low demanding game and most PCs should run it. Might be worth checking out.

Your face is low demanding and needs checked out.
I played the first bops last night on my shiny new laptop. Was weird using a kB/mouse again. Will need more practice
{Edit}That game looks decent. Will give it a go.

Games
I have just discovered that NG++++++ is the top level in Bloodborne. I thought it was NG+7.
I would have experimented with more care and fear had I realised.
Anyway I have not been to Paarl, the Upper Cathedral Ward, Cainhurst or the DLC yet.
I did in Micolash and The One Reborn, so technically I am one fairly easy boss from completing the game on the hardest possible setting.
I did use a summons for Amelia. I don't think this is cheating. Mostly because the co-operator was utterly useless and got killed almost immediately. Consequently this scrub had to actually git gud to beat Amelia.

Sheep there, killing the chat with the shock admission that he is not actually very experienced at BB and has never properly finished the game.

The belle ends at work have organised a 5-7pm meeting and then gone off for the holiday and left me and one other person to run it. Thats low banana.
Games - no Drinking - yes
Today I plan on watching someone play Sekiro at my desk and generally doing very little. I may make my powerpoints for later in comic sans by way of protest.

Sheep there, killing the chat with the shock admission that he is not actually very experienced at BB and has never properly finished the game. I might not even be able to do in Laurence in the DLC in NG+6. He is too aggressive. The only way of doing it successfully is with a competent co-operator. The problem being that there do not appear to be any hanging round there. The hunter is no good as he dies too early and the second half of the fight is nightmarish. Apart from the one hit kills the problem is that you can't heal and I can't come close to doing the fight without healing. The orphan of Kos is the same, but there were people there. I can do all the main game fights.

I've also watched for first 3 episodes of series 4 of The Expanse.
Four stars. Recommended

I've also watched for first 3 episodes of series 4 of The Expanse. Four stars. Recommended I watched the trailer for it last night, and am completely psyched for it. When I buy Prime next year to watch Picard, I expect The Expanse to be better than it.

I left too much of a gap between s2 and s3 of the Expanse. Couldn't remember what was what. They kept shouting things like "have you forgotten what happened on Ceres?!" and I'd think "yes. Yes I have"

I've just tried to send a text message to a mate, calling him a c**t. Auto-correction kept changing it to 'count'.
Samsung, sort it out, you berks.*
* I'm aware that I could sort it out myself, but what am I paying them for? Oh..

A few years ago I sent a text to a family member along the lines of "let me know what you want for Christmas, or you'll get coal"
Unfortunately my phone autocorrected "coal" to "cock"
It was a bit awkward.

I use Samsung also which is an S2 phablet at the moment, I've sorted out an app for a keyboard so I can bypass the built in one when I'm not using my external one. OTTM: I'm on the last leg of Farscape it's still 3.5-4* Heating: Just found out the numpty who fitted my smart metre foobarred the heating system connection, hence no heating, now I have to jump through hoops with EDF to get it sorted, back to using my small heater. not happy, that's all..

Hypothetically, If you're going to your pals after work for dinner and you've got them chocolates, coffee, wine... all good shit
And you discover you've no coffee in work is it reasonable to take a spoonful from the bag? It was beans freshly ground this morning and the bag has a seal. It's not like your giving them a half chewed bar of chocolate.
Someone in the office thinks its out of order. Like I say, hasn't happened. Just one of those moral questions.
