Planetside Arena had an average concurrent player count in September, the month it debuted, of 474, which sunk to 54 in October and 17 in November. Over the past 30 days, it's been a little short of 11; as of right now, three people are in the game.
Baby get in there fast. You'd have a 25% chance of a win. Assuming the other 3 are still there.

300 players is not much of a support base for a game. 300 per game. Sadly the actual player base was not much higher than this, 474 was the average concurrent player count for the first month of release. |

Avoiding SW spoilers will be tricky and I have no firm viewing date planned, have already seen that the G gave it 3 stars and the review headline, I wasnt expecting the review till tomorrow.
Games:
Tried to get back into Outer Worlds for the 3rd or 4th time, Its just incredibly boring is my final conclusion, or I'm dead inside and totally joy blind. Either way I'm not sure I can face dialogue with another npc, there are too many, and murdering them all is strangely unfulfilling.

Speaking of support bases for games, I reckon that Titanfall 2 will have a load of neophytes on it since it is on PS+ this month, so it will probably be like shooting fish in a barrel. BFMCG may have a chance. Although its not Battle Royale. The COD battle Royale should hopefully come soon, I have high hopes for that, although not being third person I think the COD ones are inherently less tactical anyway I'm rambling - basically TF2 - worth a shot as there may be many new bees. InfAACT I MIGHT Sry sorry caps lock set it downloading now

TF2 multiplayer is basically dead on PC, it's got a decent player count on Xbox and for the reasons you state PS4 is now getting good numbers. As I don't have the Sony box and I'm too tight to pay for Xbox Live Gold I am destined to never play probably.

The fights and car chases were actually quite enjoyable, and by the time Ryan Reynolds had repeated the premise of the whole theme for the third or fourth time during his narratey bit I really knew what was going on.

Doesn't have the atmosphere or feel of FNV - feels like endless conversations with people situated no more than 2 minutes walk apart. It's more like a boring ME2 than a tight Fallout. |
