Morning a... erm, morning Shenguin. It is Boxing Day, and we are hosting my family today. And we're all totally knackered from yesterday's festivities. Who's bright idea was this? Can't I just go back to bed? Gamesblog - Christmas Lemmings! Or "Holiday Lemmings" as it is sometimes known. Level four tested me... maybe too much. Turns out I was just an idiot. Mornings, all. Happy Boxing Day.
Both myself and mrs g have woken with sore throats and signs of imminent colds, so have decided to not go visiting today. Fantastic news. A day of catching up TV, while sipping honey and lemon concoctions with a dash of all the booze. Maybe light a comforting log fire.
Have also had a call from a couple who were here til gone 2 am, asking if we had found a bag they left.... yes we did, and it contained their pyjamas. Cheeky sods were obviously planning to crash over, if we hadn't finally turfed them out in the wee hours... even helped de-ice their car for them.

Good morrow one and all!
I have also woken up with a head full of cold and a mouth full of cold sores. It was inevitable after heavy drinking on the 23rd and 24th, followed by a day of nothing but turkey, crisps and wine. Xmas day survived though. Highlight was doing the local parkrun, along with 250 other people desperate to avoid peeling potatoes.
Games: the kids got FIFA20 and Life is Strange 2. I got a card game called Munchkin, as if I am some sort of nerd or something. Tempted to get God of War as a little Boxing day present to myself.

I realised last night as I sat down to Xmas dinner that I was still wearing sweatpants. How standards have slipped. Couldn't even be arsed to go upstairs to put on the new cords I'd brought for the occasion.
I fancy god of war as well. Only 16 quid.
I've managed to avoid any coldsores this Christmas so far as I've not really kicked the arse out the booze but I've been slightly run down.

I too have woken up with a cold, after spending most of yesterday drinking steadily, and having to turf people out of my house in the early hours. I am now being forced to build lego.
Having made a point of complaining about the ungrateful, materialistic, Greta-hating cunts who spend boxing day fighting each other for slightly discounted tat, I am trying to persuade Mrs faceless to take the kids to the shops so I can watch the Spurs game in peace.
No games.

Morning Shenguin, morning everybody.
I don't have a cold. I do have a windy crevice though. After yesterday afternoons massive turkey dinner, maybe a supper of cold turkey, cold stuffing, cold roasties and salted peanuts was not the best choice.
Today I'm going to play games and then watch all the footy on that there amazon prime thingy.

Morning all!
The outlaws were dealt with in short order yesterday, after which we ate cake and then went to bed early because we were exhausted.
Today is Star Wars day! Will be interesting to see how the social justice wigglers have ruined it. Actual women, some not white, playing important roles in the film? Unbelievable.
