And good morning Shengers and Flicka welcome to the pleasuredome.
Ten, get some gel packs, freeze one and put it in an old t-ahirt, then on the affected area of your back, it will help to reduce inflammation, swelling and spasming... warm the other one - v hot water safest... and put that on after to increase blood flow...
Edit: my wonderful McTimony (sp?) chiropractor taught me this... whilst doing this (20 mins max) completely relax... NO pokemons; you use much more than your arms and hands.

Thanks for the tip, luckily the painkiller I took on Sunday was enough to clobber it efficiently and I've been skipping around pain-free since then. If only it were always this easy. |

Hullo. I asked Mrs Tids what she thought of Scott Bakula last night, she said he was a 'nice looking fella in Quantum Leap, but not these days'. Not a fan of Tom Selleck, though, 'Too hairy'.
I think I'll move away from this subject before Felice comes along and whacks me in the kippers with an assortment of kitchen utensils.

Today I have my first colouring in class of the new year. Apparently we will be doing a still life with pastels "so if you are able to bring some flowers and some pastels, the soft kind, that would be really great."
Flowers? Nah, I think I'll pass.
OTTM: Tesco food delivery between 11 and 12, and an 11 hour window for delivery of a new recliner chair
