Morning all. I had a god-awful night's sleep. This was due to bunged up ears randomly clearing, the start of a cold, and general tossin'n'turnin'*. Gamesblog - DQB2 (why does my phone not autocomplete that yet?**), and I visited a blasted island of sand and lava. And it was there where I discovered every block possible (on the island). And so I now have infinite iron and copper. I'm quite a big deal. I then travelled to another island, one of constant conflict. I've only got off the ship so far. Amigablog - New sweet content available! I've gone all-in with the thumbnail. *not that. **because I touch myself at night. |

Is the Bezos phone hack some subtle play to make us think Jeff isn't really evil? I know only two things; without Amazon, I'd be begging from neighbours etc. to do shopping for me etc. and paying about £500 a year more for the stuff I get. For disabled, housebound folk like me, access to its content and the delivery service (which is light years better than Yodel etc.) makes my life more bearable. Mind you, Bezos could be the devil in disguise, but then why hasn't he muzzled the Washington Post ... probably the most Guardian like of all publications in the USA. One thing we do know is that Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman is quite without mercy and almost certainly a murderer, which Bezos is not. |

Hello. I’m going on holiday again in a bit. I’m hoping the coronovirus doesn’t like cold temperatures and that a diet consisting entirely of wine beer and cheese will prove equally inimical.

Books. Anyone got any decent horror recommendations? I need something pulpy to cheer me up.

Hello. I want to add to Jeff's panegyric re: housebound people. I just wish he'd killed less small bookstores and would let his workers go pee. But I doubt any of this played a role in MBS's motivation for cutting up journalists and hacking Jeff's phone for dick pics. Games: I see that amipal is making good DQB2 progress. Either he's got more gaming time on his hands than I do or, more likely, he doesn't piss about for hours trying to get the roof of the toilet block just right. I should be going back to the game, I only left because of charity stream commitments, followed by Luigi's Mansion 3 (still need to finish that, too), followed by Pokemon to this very day. Speaking of which, I'm still spending a lot of time renting out my little friends to Jeff and other businesses as well as giving them the benefit of higher education, which means that I'm always spending an exorbitant amount of time sorting them once they are back. Why can't they just go back to the box they came from? So I had relatively little time training my dragon-busting team by trying to find more missing entries into the Pokedex. Currently I'm still missing a Pincurchin, and in my search I'm coming across a lot of Sneasels (annoying things that I one-shot) and Snoms. Of course I would never intentionally harm a Snom, so I've built up quite a collection (Snomnom, Snombrero, Snom de la Rose, Snombra Mai Fu, da Snomb, you get the idea). Fortunately I can just chuck my spare Snoms into a surprise trade. Sharing is caring, Snom is love, Snom is life. Last night I even got a Ralts in return. Win-win! OTTM: weather rather grey & cold here. Wish I could go on holiday. |
