About to watch the Superbowl, hopefully I won't do what I did a couple of years ago; with the Falcons leading the Patriots by 28–3 halfway through the third quarter I went to bed and woke up to read that it was the greatest comeback in Superbowl history with the Patriots winning 34-28. 4*

American eggball. Scotch whisky. English maltesers. I reckon in the halftime sequin-off Shakira took it by a nose.
Bit surprised to see the unholy trinity of Paul McCartney, Jerry Hall, and Rupert Murdock in the crowd.
Preferred mammal has done her back in. There is a lot of moaning coming from the bedroom.

I am a Shakira fanboy; I have bought everything she's ever recorded! The best album is Fijación Oral, Vol. 1 in my view = 4 million copies sold

Aren't we all Chumbles? Oh, you mean her music, err, me too. Also, an 'American pig in blanket' is basically a sausage roll, I believe. Morning all. Ganes! DBZ: Kakarot. Good if you watched and enjoyed the cartoon*. Ok RPG/ fighting game, with a bobbins story, if you didn't. 4 *s. Also, a lot more WoW. *I was a child at the time.

morning all,
Gaming. Finished Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Enjoyable, the skills tree was largely irrelevant given most fights ended up in a shootout. Enjoyed the pivot back to more puzzles. 4 stars.
Downloaded the Divide et Impera mod for Rome 2. I remember someone describing Souls as brutally punishing mistakes. Same here, Rome starts with all sorts of problems. Lots of restarts later I'm hoping to push Pyrrhus out of southern Italy. Lots of YouTube videos helped. 4 stars.

What about that superbowl? Joe Theisman, OJ, Reggie white, Jonny Utah, all the lads!
Morning all,
Fillums: Booksmart. Very amusing & enjoyable.
Games: HZD. Very pretty and liking the sneaking about. Only taken down some striders and a couple of watchers - by accident. Not gone through the north gate at night yet.
Putting telly's on walls today. I'm assisting as they wouldn't allow me near power tools. Quite right.

Does the terrorist in London that was shot remind anyone else of Clem Fandango? A little bit I guess. I sat next to a small bald fella on the train this morning who kept swearing under his breath after I asked him to move his coat and bag. Then his mobile rang and instead of answering it he screamed "fuck off" at it until it stopped. Nice guy. I watching Treadstone and it's pretty good so far. Gaming wise a few matches of Apex but my heart's not really in it anymore.

Hi
On the train. No angry bald guys so far. Four stars.
I had a dream that included Nigella Lawson last night. I had watched one of her cooking shows earlier that day. Coincidence?

Morning all.
I'm back in work after spending a good chunk of the weekend filling out my pokedex. I'm at about 360 now and it's going to be slow progress for the last 40 or so...
TV: I finished watching Peep Show last night. I'd seen most of it, but not in order or all the way through. The quality dropped towards the end but there were still a few good laughs in the last season.
Watched a torrent of Dr Sleep. I think the trailer put me off as it made it look like it was just going to lean too heavily on The Shining, which it didn't.

Hello. I was assured that you’d all have succumbed to Sumatran rat-monkey flu by now. Can you confirm? The chat offers few clues.
I’ve been in the alps. Four stars. I’m sweating Beaufort and cheap red. Alluring, non?

Morning all!
Good weekends had by all I trust?
Gamesblog - finally defeated all three "armies" in DQB2,, which necessitates additional defences built. I'm now under near-constant attack, making building a bit tricky as I need to be on the defensive.
TVblog - I watched the first episode of The Boys over the weekend. Top notch. I also watched an episode of TNG where Riker gets the hits for an androgynous alien who luckily leans towards the female side of things.
OTTM - visited Nyman's gardens on Sunday for the first time in a while. They get an interesting assortment of visitors there - primarily mid-Sussex folk I reckon, maybe Crawley. Either way, I did not care for them.
