Quiet here tonight. Did you all get your drug of choice from the ice cream van and are trying to forget that tomorrow is *shudders* Monday? The only way I distinguish Monday from other days is it is generally the day I go to the pub to drink, watch YouTube and post rubbish* here. *More so than normal. |

I'm drinking to try to forget that some philosophers believe I will still be the same person and consciousness when I wake up tomorrow. |

I listened this morning to a Corbynite MP cast a slur on Starmer 'wondering' where his campaign cash came from. On being challenged he said he had no information... Corbyn's final deadly gift to the party was a half year long campaign where the divisions will be ever more brutally exposed; confirming to the base of traditionally Labour voters in the North of England that they were right to reject Corbyn. Above all they thoroughly detest the idea that their rejection of those policies was because they, like errant children, didn't understand the Momentum manifesto - that it wasn't properly 'sold' to them. A disgusting, patronising attitude that is only being strengthened by this navel-gazing, fratricidal debate.  And they have - you and your Momentum buddies need to let someone else run the party; you've managed the "Worst night for Labour since 1935", and you've set the party up to lose in 2025. Just go. |
