I downloaded GTA V for free from Epic Games. I'm surprised it actually runs on my craptop, but it does. I'm not interested in the missions (or Online) but just need to get through the first mission in Story Mode so I can explore Los Santos at my leisure.
BTW this mod (in development) looks fantastic...

Damnation! Looks like I will have to stay alive for another year. And at last the bitter schism between La Jenkins and about 60% of SW fandom will start to be healed now that some of Bioware's storylines appear to be being brought back in. Please let Kate Beckinsale get the Imperial Agent storyline! |

Alas, my level of incompetence in these new-fangled videotronic games precludes my participation in online play with others. Also, atm, I am hindered by the fact that I can't use my craptop Monday to Friday as my younger daughter uses it to wfh and I'm forced to get by with her Chromebook. |

I can now tuck my hair behind my ears. Also nearly enough for a pony tail at the back. Currently at 'ducks ass' stage. It's a shame I have a bald patch on the crown. I coulda been a contender.

Evening.
My wine parcel arrived today, I discovered I had one more crate of beer than previously thought and I spent a considerable time of the evening turning my upstairs room in Animal Crossing into a rather nice bathroom complete with bubble bath and bidet.
Life could be worse.
The only downer at the moment is that it looks as if Hermes has stolen my granddaughter's Animal Crossing edition Switch. Thieving bastards. More about that tomorrow.
