Happy Birthday faceless, and may I be the first to wish amipal a happy 40th.
Games! DQB2 marches on... Completed Moonbrooke island, and my minions are now off building their own castle on the IOA. Tamed a couple of powie yowies to provide a nice snowy backdrop, but couldn't find the bleeding pink dye rocks anywhere! Eventually resorted to google, where I was reminded I held the blue ocarina. Idiot. One parp, and I found it about 6 feet away, hiding under a pond FFS.
Oz the Obscure, quote-tagging some poor unsuspecting poster because he's too idle to scroll to the Reply button... But in Oz's universe I suspect that everything is an inchoate, unconnected chain of events. So, like a quantum event, at that moment, Conchord was the focus of Oz the Obscure's 'mind'...
Update on recent events at the art section of my museum:
I bought the Rosetta Stone from Redd. Here's one neighbour pondering its significance:
Btw, crankcaller , no worries about last night. If you are tracking neeps, I can heartily recommend turnipprophet.io/ (turn-a-profit, geddit?) as the most accurate neep tool I have encountered so far. In case you haven't tried it yet, it's a bit more work because you need to ideally know the previous week's pattern, but it is very accurate and so far has saved me a lot of trouble and guesswork.
Many thanks also to Pyjakson for trading in the very scary Scary Painting. Here's Blathers accepting the donation:
Here it is in its rightful place in the exhibition:
Fun fact: in Animal Crossing: New Leaf the Scary Painting was the bane of my life. It took me a full five years to acquire a genuine version as the last piece of the Museum and after that I was more or less done with the game.
You can also see the Ancient Statue in the glass case there, but the real fun is with the fake version:
And, finally, some advice for Melvazord from the local otter population
OTTM: my pre-ordered copy of the new book by the Trump niece has been "unexpectedly delayed". Not sure whether it's another law suit or whether they haven't printed enough copies.

Thank you for letting me know that I need to use the reply button and not the quote button. I was unaware that this is the proper course of action as this chatterbox blog is the first online system outside of Google or Gmail that I have ever been a part of.
