I’m currently watching a video about the construction of Hong Kong airport, with what seems like a mid 90’s action movie trailer voice. It’s both hilarious and so boring. Unemployment is doing weird things to me. Last big piece of British infrastructure in HK. Finished just in time for the handover.

Ah links awakening. Stuck on one of the puzzles for about 3 months before using the screen skipping glitch to get past it. Felt like a proper tube when I was told the solution was simply killing the enemies in a specific order. Not my finest gaming hour. In addition to renaming you thief didn't it also chide you when you looked in the cabinets in other people's homes? Yes, and I was deeply disappointed that you never got anything out of opening any drawers. I remember that room well, but it didn't give me problems, neither did the eagle boss Faceless mentioned. I got stuck for weeks? months? in the first dungeon. Because I had never played a Zelda game before I was unfamiliar with the concept of acquiring items in dungeons. I also didn't know that you can move blocks and have to solve puzzles to progress. There was a door in a room with bubbles (enemies that are usually invulnerable) that wouldn't open. I tried to fight them and lost health; I walked around the dungeon again and again; I kept on re-reading the hint at the owl statue and wondered whether I had misunderstood it; I revisited every part of the overworld and talked to every NPC repeatedly... nothing. A few times I successfully glitched my way over a gap to another room out of my reach, only to get steamrolled immediately by a mini boss because I didn't have the dungeon item. Then, one day, I pushed a block in that room by accident - and the door opened!?! I have never felt so relieved and stupid at the same time.

Btw. it looks as if amipal has survived yesterday's aircon slow-cooking. We can put our forks away.

Small bag of crystal meth. Never done it myself, heard it's pretty underwhelming unless you smoke it. Got Fortnite running on the pc, any chance we can get a chatterbox 4 member team together at some point?

Well, I deleted Psycho Pass and downloaded Grand Kingdom. I played the tutorial for a few minutes but am not sure it's for me. The fucking hopping chess pieces as your party moves is pretty fucking annoying. Plus the fact I don't actually know what I'm doing*.
* Nothing unusual here. Move along, move along...

That's me tonight on BF1. No idea. The map may as well be in sanskrit.
