Greedfall on psnow, shonky RPG itch satisfied for a bit. Expecting cyberpunk and vampire masquerade to be further delayed due to general shenanigans.

Last night I watched a short doc on YouTube about Japanese hikikomori people, who spend years shut in their rooms playing video games and watching TV, with minimal contact with the outside world. As a lifestyle it sounds absolutely fucking perfect. #lifegoals

Hi. Massive thunderstorms here, all night. Quite spectacular really. Felt like about 3 feet of rain fell, but it's all nice and sunny now. Games: nope. Telly: Blacklist. Series 4 is a more or less explicit apologia for extra-judicial torture by the US. Still, James Spader. 4 stars. Ottm: since Chumbles mentioned 2 mobile phones, I assume he needs the VPN to assist in his drug distribution SME? (Chumbles, no offence if you are actually big time). |

I got scammed by Mrs G's rellies into giving her a surprise party for her birthday. My part was to get her out of the house for a couple of hours while they festooned garden with balloons and tat. Part of this meant I had to 'lend' them a front door key....
I know. Rookie error.

Pretty intense thunderstorm and rainfall last night, although I have to take Pref. Mam.'s word for it as I had my earphones in and was playing Animal Crossing. Unfortunately it didn't really cool down anything, the night was just as muggy as before.
I keep trying to phone my mother without success. This does not bode well for her birthday tomorrow. She's been without means of communication with the outside (short of shouting out the window) for about a month now. You just can't get the service in these secret volcanic lairs.

It's pretty muggy and warm here, apart from the rather nice see breeze. No storms that I am aware of.
Some Fortnite Duos last night. We killed some people, and we got killed by some people. No wins last night, although I did manage to kill 7 people in one game, before getting sniped just before I had a chance to heal myself.

She's quite resistant to new technology stuff and someone would have to teach her how to use it. There's a neighbour with a mobile phone who'll be there for her birthday, so my brother is just going to talk to her that way. |
