Looks overcast out there.
One of the four boys next door got the grades to study medicine at Birmingham, just like his older brother. Whether he actually gets anything like a proper university experience is another matter.

Up early to head to the station for our week in Cornwall.
Thunderstorm and shower as we are heading out the door and the forecast is for rain every day.
Hasty repack of some wet weather gear.
I’ve taken my Animal Cross(dress)ing friends with me, but doubt I’ll spend much time with them. No neeps this week, and I don’t intend to get any on Sunday either. But thanks for the offer @tenthen
I have brought board games - seems that our friend has expressed a desire to play Ticket To Ride, so I’ve packed that as a gift and also brought Carcassone. Perfect rainy day entertainment.

The system in Ireland when I finished school was odd, got the grades to study computer science, in Limerick , but not the grades to have the local authority pay for my grant. Ended up having to study locally and did Architectural Technology.
I then snuck into the UK by boat* and did my Architecture degree.

Early start for me today - I went and had a vasectomy this morning. In at 8:00, out by 8:25.
I couldn't feel a thing while the procedure was going on, though the local anaesthetics were... uncomfortable.
Felt absolutely fine when leaving. Now, 2 hours later, and I have the "hangover" that one gets from being punched in the nads. I dare not move.
Gamesblog: Skyrim
TVblog: finished Community. The finale is really well done.
Amigablog: G drawer finished. Onto the H games.
