Surprisingly comfortable here in Shenguin's nasty box for boys & girls. Tbh though, I expected more booze. TV: Recently Pref. Mam. and I have been systematically working our way through Only Fools and Horses by re-watching it on Netflix, so it was a complete coincidence that last night I watched the "Modern Men" episode after hearing about Amipal's medical procedure. I take it that his surgeon wasn't a Sikh with a chip on his shoulder. Games: No free Total War Saga: Troy for me because unlike others here I am not the product. Nothing to do with the Epic Games Store not letting me sign in without crashing my sensitive little laptop, oh no. Maybe I should have tried opening the Epic Games Store on my iPhone first... oh, wait. Another late night ACNH session in which I finally moved one of my rocks and also got Bubbles's picture by finding her a frigging butterfly in the middle of the night. Hello i have a new laptop. i had been putting it off because of the hassle involved in re-installing programs, remembering long forgotten passwords etc. However, the screen on my trusty Lenovo started playing up again this time with 2 broad vertical lines obscuring 50% of the screen. Whilst i could live with one by flexing the screen to get rid of it, two proved one too far. So I now own a Jumper EZBook X4, a Chinese built Apple MacBook lookalike running Windows 10, and delivered next day by Jeff which is pretty good value albeit no doubt sending all my browsing history and banking details back to Beijing. |

Destry . I'd be interested in your experience with this raptop. I may be in the market for one. I'll let you know my opinion. It could take some time as after I shut it down tonight it's lined up 2 years worth of Win 10 updates. I'm guessing it will take a while. Initial impressions? For a £200+ laptop the build quality is very good. It comes with 6gb of DDR3 RAM and 128GB eMMC storage. The screen is 14" IPS full HD and looks really nice. The CPU is not up to running the latest games but reviews suggest it's up to running older (5+ years old) games okay. I checked out reviews on Youtube before buying. |
