I am considering hiring Enola Gay as an 'I am extremely grateful to all of you nuclear bomber' You are wrong. MrTiddles is right*. A nuclear bomber would be one powered by a fusion or fission reaction. The payload is not the fucking plane, you analogy-torturing buffoon. No offence, blah *I never thought I would say that! I refer to the Right Honourable amipal's post on the B-29. Case closed. OTTM: Where is that slacker Jeff?

Did I mention that I'm off work til 1st September?
I'm... kind of a big deal.
Spent most of the day testing Amiga games. Well into the S directory now - Space Hulk was my last test (it didn't work).

Jeff has delivered!
OK, I had to chase him down the street in my slippers, but he delivered the goods.

Shit, what if anyone finds out that I've been playing Animal Crossing? Joke aside, that is a terrible article. Somehow I can't see sentences like " And yes, playing games is totally an acceptable form of self-care!" in an article about male gaming habits.* It certainly stretches the definition of "online games". Remember girls, keep the competition friendly! We don't want to be intense like the nasty boys who only think about their next solo win in Fortnight. And we always play games as a fluffy little distraction because we don't want to worry our pretty little head with min-maxing our character in an RPG as if it were our second job. Whenever the news get too intense because the President of the United States is sabotaging the US postal service in order to wreck democracy or the UK government is doing another U-turn on their stupid policies I always play Candy Crush Saga! It's a little bit naughty that I take a break like that when I should be doing the cooking and the cleaning, but it totally counts as self-care! Looks like Serge Hascoët has found a new job as a PR person managing E3's official Twitter account. We can't have E3 this year, so let's have a list of games for wimmin! *Why? Because you practise self-care at night.

A nuclear bomber would be one powered by a fusion or fission reaction. The payload is not the fucking plane, you analogy-torturing buffoon. No offence, blah *I never thought I would say that! A plane powered by fusion or fission would be a nuclear powered bomber. If it dropped a non-nuclear load it would be odd to refer to it as a nuclear bomber. I am defining the plane by the action, not the payload. I would call someone who sets off a bomb a bomber even though they are not made of explosives. It dropped a nuclear bomb therefore it is a nuclear bomber. I might point out that people refer to nuclear powered submarines, which are not necessarily the same as nuclear submarines which generally refers to the weapons, not the propulsion system. It is perfectly straightforward and reasonable to refer to Enola Gay as a nuclear or atomic bomber. Anyone, other than Tiddles, will understand what is meant.

We need Noam Chomsky in here to sort this one out. Bring out the big guns.*
*NB I am not claiming that Noam Chomsky is powered by big guns.

Sheep2 You're still wrong but I like your style... By your reasoning if I carried a nuclear bomb, I would be a nuclear man. It's that kind of bollocks* that allows sub editors to do this: Chumbles goes ballistic
The delivery system was probably a padded cell, not a rocket.

If you carried a nuclear bomb you would get a sore back. The little boy bomb weighed 4,400 kg. I'd be pretty impressed to see anyone pick it up.

The B-29 Superfortress is classed as a heavy bomber.
However... Enola Gay was a modified B-29, modified to drop a single atomic weapon. So... 🤔

I can't quite take bomber talk seriously after watching four lions.
Although the carelessness of chemists and not knowing better means for 40 years we have been turning a room into a bomb, degrading 2l of chloroform into phosgene next to the other 4l of cholroform and the touch explosive compound that was left in the back of a vault for a few years didn't go bang when removed.

I've got your nuclear bomber right here pal. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Supersonic_Low_Altitude_MissileSLAM missle, designed to throw a load of nukes about the place, then fly around at low altitude spewing nuclear shit all over the Soviets from its unshielded nuclear engine. Was in the drawing board for 9 years before even the American decided it was too fucking crazy.

My self programmed algorithm TM informs me that you are all getting a grade E in your Personality A-Level. Which probably gets you in at Lincoln Poly.
Except Destry, who is getting a C grade in Colouring-in Books. He is off to Art School to smoke ganja and screw hot chicks on his HARLEY Davidson.
I got a 1st class doctorate in Being Hung Like a Shetland Pony*.
