It's sunny here now, and I've popped home from the office for a dump. I was holding it in for too long, and now I've done the urgent bit I can feel more that is making its mind up about whether or not it wants to come out.
Curry for dinner last night. Eating out to help out. The set up was not in line with COVID guidance. I think I'll stick to takeaways from now on.
I don't have my own personal bathroom at work. I'm not really sure why not, it seems a bit of an oversight.

Reluctant to do a massive post curry poo at work? Calm down Babyfark.
Anyway, I have just ordered my final set of fans and new motherboard for my new super computer. Basically spending thousands to game about 20 FPS higher with flashing lights all over the place.

I ate a beef burrito at about 10pm last night. I did not sleep well, and have had rotten guts all day.
I regret nothing.

Every one looking forward to the Gamestravaganza tonight? I'm expecting no less than Monster Hunter, Metroid 4, Demon's Souls 2, Animal Crossing 2 and League of Legends for phones. Anything less and I will take out my rage on games industry fall guy Sean Murray on Twitter. Who incidentally released a new game on Switch today, that looks rather lovely. Not sure how well it runs on Switch though. Anyone getting any of the new switch games that came out recently? Theres crystal chronicles which has the internet up in arms and also spritigaryof and a short hike that all looks rather lovely had a few coffees rtosday and now a tea lovely stuff not a patch on the rod hull though I'll probably get that switch game later looks nice

Very wet outside. I'm not going out there. Ganes: Another long, 4 1/2 hrs stream of Trails in the Sky on Sunday night. But good news! After 15 hours we've left the prologue behind and have reached the first chapter. Daily dose of ACNH, I let Julia go and was hoping to get a chance to pick my new villager, but the game didn't wait for me and gave me Frita. She's an uchi which is what I wanted and her house is fab. It's still early days but I think she's a keeper. (It just occurred to me that I can never give her new clothes to wear because she really needs the hot dog outfit for the fast food look.) After reading up on the topic online I've finally found the ideal gift for my villagers. People are recommending the Hanging Terrarium but I don't have the recipe and it uses up resources that I don't want to constantly replenish from the mystery tours. Instead I've opted for spamming the Iron Wall Rack which has all the advantages: it goes on walls which means that they will never spoil the look of their house (too late for some, though) and it's worth over 2,000 Bells which means maximum friendship points (I hope). Most importantly, it uses up some of that damn clay that clogs up every inventory. My granddaughter has discovered the in-game mail function and sent me a letter wishing me a happy birthday. It's not my birthday but she thinks that's what you have to write when you send someone a card. She obviously did this without help, and considering that she's only just learnt how to read and write I'm very impressed. Using the clunky in-game keyboard is a challenge in itself. Clever girl. Didn't expect anything from yesterday's Mini Direct and they obliged by being profoundly meh. Actually, I liked the announcement of the Final Fantasy Legend Collections for the Switch. I wanted Kingdom Hearts to come to the Switch, too, but this ain't it, chief. TV: watched Spielberg's Journey to the Uncanny Valley aka The Adventures of Tintin: The Secret of the Unicorn for the first time a few evenings ago. Yeah, but no, thank you. This sent me down the Tintin rabbit hole as it turns out that Pref. Mam. (as usual) never read any of the books and had no idea they existed (there's practically nothing in popular culture that his parents approved of). Brought him up to speed with the help of some YouTube videos, including the excellent in-depth documentary of Hergé, Tintin et Moi. Also ordered the full-size hardback volume set* via Jeff that should be arriving from somewhere far away (either the US, India, or China, it's not clear) in a fortnight. What's amipal's position on people who choose to speak French without being French, such as some Belgians? *does not contain Tintin in the Congo which I can do without. Even as a child I found the racism uncomfortable and I read it then, that's enough for a lifetime.

Recommended Apart from Mouscron and the Antwerp ring road. Obviously a while ago, but that ring road always has road works somewhere. The B international registration plate back in the '70s was something to be very fucking scared of... and even now"Many of the Belgians citizens learnt to drive during the WWII without any theoretical or practical formalities, making driving (either on a lorry or on a motor) a knowledge passing from one generation to another.
This changed in the early 1960’s as Belgium officially introduced driving written tests. Beforehand, every Belgian citizen wishing to get a driving license had to fulfil only two requirements: 1) being 18 or older; 2) pass a written examination.
Driving an actual car was only included in the format years later."

Great, there's a Fortnite update with comic book characters, and now a 12 y-o who isn't mine is sat on the sofa screaming excitedly about Thor skins. Apparently everyone starts with a Thor skin. I haven't asked him about women having Thor skins yet.

That's to Scubar, though Shenguin as well.
