Usual litany of horrors. You're all fucking accountants aren't you? I am not, nor have I ever been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Although I did learn bookkeeping in my late 50s, passing my bookkeeping exams 'with distinction', when I was 61. I think that was why I was made redundant, driven to heavy metal, spent 9 months in hospital and am now housebound and disabled ... I don't think I would have survived if I'd been lured completely into * shudder* the Institute. |
