Hello, fellow gin, err, bums? bunnies? Gin buns. I'm using my mobile phone to post because my little laptop that's a bit too excitable at the best of times is stuck in a life and death battle with a massive 3 hours and counting Microsoft Windows update. I just noticed that CPU usage was a bit high and manually looked for updates. Anyway, I found one. It's a big one. Still hot out there, fortunately remembered to take the milk delivery inside before it got boiled on the door step. Ganes: ACNH. Last night I found a spare recipe, so if you are still interested let me know and we'll set up a meeting on either island. I also just bought a pair of SNES controllers for the Switch that were constantly out of stock, at nintendo.co.uk/snescontroller, if anyone's interested. Shipping is expensive, though, at £8.90. I made it into the old office and back carrying a massive bag of office junk. Managed to avoid running into Wide Andy, which was my main fear. It was a bit like a black-ops operation, in and out, or calling to be let into the building, in, sorting through a big pile of papers to find the ones that can go straight in the recycling, shredding the rest, throwing out any old tat still in the office, packing my bag, leaving my key in my office, returning my IT equipment, and out. Textbook.
The highlight of the day was necking a rod hull and a coffee on the way to the office when I had a chance to take my face mask off. Still nothing beats sitting on the train with a rod hull and stuffing a chocolate croissant in your face while you watch giant bomb videos. Top banana.
