Telly: The first Sherlock Holmes film that Guy Ritchie did, about 30 minutes in and it's awful so far.
Games: None, too busy getting buff bro.
OTTM: Benching 4 sets of 5 * 70kg now. Will have to buy more weights soon.

OTTM: Benching 4 sets of 5 * 70kg now. Will have to buy more weights soon. Go for more reps rather than more weight. 10×3 and on the last set go slow on the movement with the weight coming back down. You'll feel it. One of the best tips I had with push moves was that the better gainz* were with slowing it on the return. BB curls with a timed return (count to 4) are as punishing as the missing ledge bits in the Tower of Latria**. *brah ** it still hurts today...all those souls gone. |

I've just had some fucking mediator on the 'phone. Apparently the ice maiden has complained about constant noise from our flat, specifically 'toilet slamming'.
Fucking bitch. She has basically flipped it so that all the noise she makes is 'apparently' made by us. Nutter.
Anyway *takes deep breath* they will speak to her this afternoon and get back to me tomorrow.
