What a roller coaster! The audio screws looked like ruining the party but finally they gave way! I like the way amipal edited out 15 minutes of swearing and shaking the motherboard around. I should have included the perspiration upon my brow, and a digital clock counting down. |

It looks like your phone picks up the bookmark link in the top right of the edit screen. If you can, do your usual post and then go into BBCode post the link where the 🖕 is into the [ a href="🖕"]link[ /a] I've added spaces to stop the link being parsed... I always hand-edit the BBCode for links, and it has always worked til now. I don't see how that can happen unless you have some weird firewall rules that are removing them... Really nuts! |

My neighbour's really pissed me off. Last Thursday she was creating all sorts of noise in the corridor from about 3am so I didn't sleep (well, from 3am). The next day I was tired and in a terrible mood.
My mum has been ill. On Thursday morning my dad sent me a text message saying her condition wasn't good. Instead of coming straight up to Birmingham, or at least travelling that day, I - I think partly because I had had no sleep (maybe my judgement was off) - asked my dad if I should go immediately and then decided not to when he said he had spoken to the nurses and that 'there was no need for concern just yet'.
The next morning I got a call from my dad. I came straight up to Birmingham but my mum was dead by the time I got here.
Bad few days.
