Day 2 of training course where I have to get up an hour and a half earlier just to be on time.
Games - total Warhammer 2. Nearly beaten the purple elves, time to take on skellies and dinoboys.

Gamesblog: no.
TVblog: we were on a More4-spree last night. An old Grand Designs in Brighton, then the Build a Spitfire thing.
After that, I watched the second episode of Blake’s 7. They’ve got the Liberator!
Amigablog: OpenDune has been ported, a Dune II clone. This one allows you to use a graphics card screen, but unfortunately only has music if you have a very specific (and very expensive) MIDI box.
Ah, but what if I were to play MP3s of the atmospheric game music in the background? Well, that does work, but now it blocks the sound effects of the game... must be a way to mix the two on the same system.
Dinnerblog: last night’s dinner was very simple and very delicious. Minced beef and mash with gravy. Just what you need on a wet’n’windy day. 4*

Weather: Dark, cloudy, wet and windy
Covid: One of the ladies I work has her uncle fighting for his life and another has tested positive but has no symptoms whatsoever other than claiming to be a bit tired.

Health. Got my eyes tested. Need new Gregories - but I knew that. The optician showed me a photo of the veins in the back of my eyeballs and said I should get my blood pressure tested as it may be high. This set me into a rage and I stormed off. Oh.

I was allowed to read 2000ad when it launched as my dad had been a fan of Frank Hampson Dan Dare.
Games - another set of coins in Super Mario Bros U
Film - watched Dolemite Is My Name, as so many here recommended it. Really enjoyed it.

What a roller coaster! The audio screws looked like ruining the party but finally they gave way! I like the way amipal edited out 15 minutes of swearing and shaking the motherboard around.
