I also watched the South Park Pandemic Special yesterday. It was quite amusing.

I have been sneezing every now and then with a mild tummy bug which culminated in a massive shit yesterday, so maybe I am already over the worst of it. The old 'sneeze 'n' shit'? Messy. In 'Plague Inc', evolving this trait in your contagion gets you the achievement of "Oops Combo"

I had possibly the most middle class nightmare ever last night. Food at all of the local Prets was at risk of having been tainted with a deadly toxin. This was the greatest threat to my existence since the M&S Simply Food at the local station closed. There was a seat clenching rollercoaster ride wherein I ate some Pret food (where else would I get lunch???) and tried not to die.
Top banana.

Don't keep us in suspense.

It's pretty pleasing to be one of several pedants.

Complete gibberish. Is this what I pay the Guardian money for? I demand a refund. You haven't even won the "prizeless letter o'the day" award, whatever that is.

Baffling. I was going to say that it was all just words, but some of them aren't even that.

The Fiver is great. I've been an occasional contributor to the nonsense for nearly 20 years.

Activia rhubarb yoghurt, smoked salmon on wholemeal bread (loads of black pepper), and broccoli and stilton soup. Ensure, Magnum ice cream, Arctic Café Latte and 6 Thornton's chocolates 😢 edit: The choccies are to console myself for not being able to have spicy food

Another competition night. Judge doesn’t seem a total tool so far, so that’s promising.

Hello Tonight I watched Tumbbad, a 2018 Hindi horror film based on Indian mythology, on Amazon Prime Video. If Jeff already has your coin I recommend it. I enjoyed it very much. 4 stars.

Ta muchly; apart from rationing myself to an episode of The Expanse S4 a night, I've also been watching Corner Gas which is very... err... Canadian. It's gentle and funny.
