Crap night’s sleep. I am truly beazled* today.
Gamesblog: nope. I do have a hankering to play Mercenaries on the PS2 though.
TVblog: Bake Off. Someone did very well, another person did not.
The Right Stuff. Political machinations are afoot.
Amigablog: Dune 2. On the penultimate Harkonnen mission, which features both Atreides and Ordos bases. My base is under constant attack, which makes raids on the Ordos base about all I can muster at present.

Decided to go for a bit of a souls(like) time, and bought Nioh complete edition on Steam for £12, and also made sure Dark Souls remastered is installed on my PS.

Bleaugh. I went to bed early last night, and did not sleep well. I think I woke up at least twice as often as I fell asleep.
Fortnite: two Duo games last night, a fourth place and a win. Sheep was crawling round on the floor, I think begging for mercy or trying to defect to another team. I shot the second-place player in the face a few times, and Sheep jumped back with his drip to join in with the medal ceremony.
It was a triumph of cowardice; we'd spent the previous few minutes hiding and watching the circle get smaller, mostly discussing whether if we had enough advantage of surprise the two of us could defeat the lone other player, or if we should wait until the storm closed entirely and try to take bandages for the win.
Games: none.

Hi. Games? No. I am *this* close to blowing the entire Christmas present budget on Ass Vikings though.
Telly? More Sunderland, plus the first episode of the new Hearts documentary. The relegation misery documentary really is a heartwarming genre for these dismal times. Would watch again. 4 stars.
Ottm? Apparently we are getting cats. I guess at least they might eat the rats in the garden.

James - Wardor. Great game. Collected some elvish words to complete a poem that opened a door netting me some legendary armour. Speak friend and enter the game said. Opened up a new area but didn't go in. Instead I'm trying to collect all the artifacts in the 1st area. And I've only killed two captains.

Took a deep dive back into NMS after a year break. You've changed maaaaan, you've changed a lot.
My once pristine base is now a dark and forlorn shell. Nothing works, not even the doors. Had to dismantle a wall just to get in. Seems sometime in my absence they've introduced 'power' into the base-building, and last time I played generators hadn't been a thing. Now I find I kitted the place out with so much kit I haven't a hope in hell of building enough solar panels to even get the lights to work.
Hubris. Terrible thing. Bottom banana indeed.

Last time I looked at NMS I’d gone so far in the original game that I’d passed all the milestones needed to progress the new stuff and couldn’t move any of the new plot forward. *polishes platinum agrabaghak in semi-fluent gek* Probably for the best. Unhealthy.
Fallout 3. Found more new dudes and got a unique minigun which is absolutely top-hole at mincing deathclaws. I’m not sure how I missed so many locations in this. Cowardice, maybe? Who needs a ps5? Im good with this for the next 6 months.
