Mustard Blog: I am filled with contempt and hatred for people that use that dreadful sweet tasteless American muck French's*, or anything similar. Dijon is fine for a milder mustard, and English if you want a proper mustard.
*I always keep a bottle in the fridge though, because it's quite nice sometimes.
