It used to isolated to my lower right area, the classic back pain. Now though it's shifted to be more central and the pain tends to build whilst I lay flat on my back. I have seen an NHS guy before and he gave me some stretches to go with Naproxen and Codeine (party on!). I am looking at special pillows now to see if they help.

You're only supposed to travel if deemed necessary. My work is partly open and as I'm supporting frontline staff blah blah. The area I work in will still be tier 3 from tomorrow night but where I live and every area en-route will be tier 4. In theory I could go in but I won't be for the next three weeks - as public transport is thrown into the equation. Some folk who drive are going in.
We're all told to take off peak trains and buses. So now the off peak is busy - like today. I got a train last week at 16.35. It's normally busy but was quieter than the half six off peak.
I need new specs but don't know when I'll be able to go try on. Spend the money on a ps5 instead you say? Thought hadn't crossed my mind. Nope.

Try and find a McTimoney Chiropractor. BSc (Chiro)... One of them sorted out my back and a rotator cusp problem in my right shoulder that was making my life hell. Your doctor is treating your symptoms, not the cause. |

Up early this morning I was in the bathroom unleashing a stream like a powerful horse when there was a soft and gentle knocking at the front door. Opened it to find my PS5 sitting there and a young chap taking a photo of the open door, hopefully not also of me. In other words, the PS5 is here! Top banana.
Set it downloading Asshalla and Demons (noble royal play through here we I come).
Funnily enough the menus still look a bit crappy on our 9 year old TV in 1080p. Yet to game on it.
It’s a real chonker. Spend the day readying some space under the TV uffers.
