So the usual Souls boss tactic, "run behind them and poke them in the legs and then run away, repeat". That works for most bosses in most games. It's not a Souls exclusive It also really doesn't work for Flamelurker.

Hello. Games. No. TV. Yes. Cleaning the house. Yes. 4k TV. No. Space for a £100 off Sonos beam. No, as the fucking TV stand is the size of Belgium and there are speakers on the unit that can't go back further. Aaaghhh.
On the plus side, my cheap copy of spooder-man has arrived. It's mostly in Arabic on the cover but claims it's also in English.
لقد ذهبت وعبثت أليس كذلك؟

Morning Peeps.
Games - tracking the GFX card across Germany is quite relaxing. Today it is in the fair town of Dorsten, which although has not sired any hugely famous sons or daughters, looks quite pretty. Oddly, TripAdviser doesn't pay much focus to the massive DHL depot, but focusses more on the Atlantis water park and Jewish museum.
OTTM - nope.

Tower Knight, hide and cast soul arrow or poison cloud. Hide. Repeat.
It's the cheaty coward way, though not as cheaty and cowardy as my Flamelurker strategy.
I am the wurst.

I’m boreing.
Literally, bore holes for a ground condition survey for an extension.
Games. Thanks to Tent for the Turkey Day fun, I got all the ingredients and recipes. I also got to do a bit of RPG’ing with my posse in Deadlands. Last time out we blew up a train. This time we blew up a lean to shed. Fun times.

Flamelurker Purple flame shield, ring of fire resistance Get up in his grill and smash him. That is to say bat him round a pillar. Keep up your stamina at all times. All the bosses are ok if you know what to do... Mostly it's just don't get hit A lot of them one shot kill you if you get a full smack. The False king is the worst. I got soul suckered by him about 10 times the first time through. I was struggling to reach the fight. When I got there he battered and deep fried me and left me weaker for the next fight. It was hurtful.

Jumpers for goalposts, isn’t it? Hmm? Footy. Stop pretending you’re not a bunch of nerds, none of you actually like football. Exhibit A: Birmingham.
I’ve been playing Ass Creed 2 on the grill, reliving the heady days of 2010 with Ez Audi De Morricone and his amazing wall-eye. Bang up to the minute. I might break out the Battlefield BC campaign next.

Souls chat, beautiful. What’s your go to hiding spot for Flamelurker and do they still work on PS5? I’ve found the steps good, he just does an idiot gallop whilst you spam him from range. Remarkably relaxing.
If they’ve fixed that I may as well not get the game. Never won a fair fight in my life.

hello
I played some games yesterday and watched a film.
Games
Player Unknown's Battlegrounds Spellbreak
Film
Man from Deep River
Spellbreak was just like Player Unknown's Battlegrounds, but with mages. Man from Deep River was ... a film mainly about the perils of taking a holiday in Thailand. Some of the scenes were a bit much. In a way I wish I hadn't seen it. They seemed to kill a monkey live on screen ...

There's a film called Spawn of Slithis on Amazon Prime. I might go and watch it in a few minutes. Maybe ten minutes. Then I might go for a walk and buy some premium Belgian bottles of beer, and some rum. Maybe ...
Not much happening here.

I've just had my flu jag. The injection itself was ok but the sensation of whatever nanobots they put into my arm is quite unpleasant. Everyone else here looks old. Maybe that's how I look to them too...?
Luckily there is a shop that sells beer near where I parked the car.

If not Lazy, the make sure you do, preferably on a huge amount of strong psychedelics. In the dark.

Remarkably relaxing. If they’ve fixed that I may as well not get the game. Never won a fair fight in my life. The cheat was to go left immediately as you go through the gate. There's a skeleton and you can get him on the right side of it. You stand on the left of it and spam him with soul arrows. He won't move along it unless you do.

It's a very decent PG rated film.*

Morning all,
Demon's continues to delight in equal measure. Did I write something about the noise it makes when you get poisoned yesterday? Because I should have.
Chess - Queen's Gambit on The Netflix. Top banana. Captures the terroir of chess perfectly - heavy sedatives, alcohol, money, and horrendous nerds.
Autochess - Just realised there has been a new patch, which explains why I was finding it so hard to cheese it and kept coming 6th/7th. Time to learn a new cheesing strategy.
PS5 - Gave The Borderlands 3 short shrift last night, it looks tremendous in resolution mode on a massive 4K TV, and still appears to run at 60. Or at least as tremendous as it could for a game that looks fairly plain. On sale for £16 on PSN till Monday I think, probably worth a look. Also Control - Ultimate Big Bollocks edition is £16, although the PS5 version of that seems to be indefinitely postponed.

I don't know whether I am just under levelled or the game intends it, but every enemy seem to take about 100 bullets to kill.
