Morning all.
I had my work’s remote Christmas do yesterday. All very awkward. Still, meant I didn’t feel guilty for having a beer at 2pm while my partner went to collect the boy from school.
Gamesblog: no.
TVblog: Some Kimmy Schmidt, and then this week’s Disco.
Amigablog: yes! I’ve got files copying from the Amiga to an emulated Mac! Shame that Civ 2 then seemed to trash the filedisk I’ve been using. Also played Wiz, the brand-new Amiga game I got in November. Nice little platform game.
Dinnerblog: Japanese and Korean from the local pop-up takeaway. YUMMERS.

Hullo.
Watched the first episode of 'Once Upon a Time in Iraq' on iPlayer and played some Wolfenstein. All good stuff, I'm liking it.
I got nothing else (apart from a sore throat).

Hello, I was forced to watch Elf last night, because it's a tradition apparently.
I also watched the latest remake/reboot/sequel of The Grudge. It was very crap. The one stand out moment was the line:
"it's the house. Everyone who goes in there dies. It's like it's...... Grudged"
No games

Now how do you get the rest?

Too much to do; too many correspondents - an extra few, including an old friend for 48y who I had been grieving for is actually alive, but discovering that and the 4h on the phone kicked a hole in my chores time
TV: up to The Magicians S4E2

Hello.
Today is unpacking. Lots of unpacking. All the unpacking?
Probably not, it seems I need a big stepladder to be able to put stuff in the garage (I have a garage!) storage.

Stop the clocks. I finally got five stars on for my ACNH island. Golden watering can here I come. Now how do you get the rest? Congrats! Now you can festoon everything with golden roses. The rest: - golden slingshot: shoot down enough balloons, I think it might be 300 - golden axe: this is a total nuisance. To get the recipe you need to break 100 axes. As soon as I found out about this requirement I only used flimsy axes instead of stone axes (they obviously don't work when you want to fell a tree) because they break more easily. I've had the golden axe already for a while - golden fishing rod: catch all species of fish. I only got it recently because in spring when I got the game after some delay I wasn't able to catch a Stringfish before it went on hiatus. I think people who didn't timetravel or have a friend whose island is set to the Southern hemisphere (like Pyjakson) and who had already caught every available fish were able to complete this section of the museum in November at the earliest - golden bug net: catch all species of insects. For most people in the Northern hemisphere the last bug is the dung beetle which has become available since yesterday - I caught one and am now the proud owner of a golden bug net. When I was visiting Pyjakson earlier in the year I noticed that he was missing the ant, the fly, and the mole cricket. Luckily I happened to have a moldy turnip in my pocket, so I was able to help him out with the first two (he passed that turnip on to his friends, so we really got a lot if mileage out of it) and explain how to dig up a mole cricket. - golden shovel: this is the last golden tool I'm missing, and as far as I know it's connected to helping Gulliver a prescribed number of times (just looked it up and it's 30 times, which means that I'm probably close).

I do NOT want you kicking a hole in my porcelain throne. err... thanks for the offer. Back to sleep - it seems my body has decided this is required... I was fighting a nasty little battle in my 64p game overnight whilst trying to get zeds... sandybahookie is monstering his part of the galaxy and is way out in the lead with 2.5x my stars. 🛌🏼💤

Morning all!
Started cyberpunk last night, its a tad... buggy. In the very first part where I had control, there was a lady with no thighs but prosthetic legs from the knee down floating below sat beside me. Then various other bugs - floating guns, enemies dropping dead instantly then suddenly reanimating and fighting me, top banana.
The atmosphere is nice, although to be honest it does look a little rough on the PS5, but at least manages 60fps.
Animal crossing - yet to get the golden shower, or any of the other gold gear.
OTTM - still feeling under the weather. I think it might be the weather.

Animal crossing - yet to get the golden shower, or any of the other gold gear. Don't know about that one, but knowing Tom Nook he can probably arrange it for an extra payment. And don't forget to pay hush money to Isabelle as she's bound to find out about it and spread the gossip.

Not seen many bugs in it yet, just finished the tutorial mission so off to see what else can be done.

Lovely stuff, Tenthen.
MORNING!
I put my Christmas tree up earlier. Well sort of. I put it in the tree stand, made sure it was secure, the cleared off upstairs to hide whilst the clan decorated it. It looks rather splendid. I possibly have some festive feelings now. Hurrah!
Jims, beat the 4-1 boss in Demon's. Then farmed souls. I'm addicted to souls. From the 4-2 archstone, 4,592 souls from the grim reaper and friends from about 3-4 arrahs, go back, touch stone, 20 seconds. Repeat. My Kilij and compound short bow are now +5. My stats are HENCH.
Lunchblog, black pudding (x2 slices) , tinned plum tomatoes (x2), toast (x2), soft fried egg (x1). Glorious.
OTTM, Brexit doesn't appear to be going well. Stockpiling 2.0 - This time it's personal.
