Lunchblog: cheese and ham omelette. It was average at best.

Weather: bright and sunny after yet another stormy and rainy night of biblical proportions. Entertainment: Watched the video of Shigeru Miyamoto giving a guided tour of the soon to be opened Super Nintendo World theme park at the Universal Studios in Osaka. Yeah, they did NOT pick a good year for that one. I looked at the wonderful restaurant that's run by Toads and all I could think about was whether the tables were too close together for social distancing. My grandchildren would get a kick out of it, although we'd probably lose one or two twins in the underground replica of World 1-2. Ganes: Made another perfect Snowboy in ACNH last night. This might mean nothing to you and your Demon's Souls bosses, but this man gets it

Tell that to Fred Titmus, whose batting never recovered after he was involved in an accident shortly before the Third Test when, whilst swimming, he caught his foot in the propeller of a boat. He lost four toes in Barbados and although his county bowling form was good afterwards on paper, to my mind there was never the same attack in his bowling for England afterwards. |

Though the new tier doesn't really affect me, I'm really angry that they continued with the ludicrous "Christmas Truce" and were still saying up until yesterday that there would be no changes.
I do feel sorry for the people who have already made plans even though they probably shouldn't have.
We have up to another 3 and a bit years of this government.
