Morning all!
The wind overnight woke all of us up at one point or another. I haven’t been outside yet, but so far damaged seem light: our recycling bin is now horizontal, and a veg-frame saw fit to collapse in on itself.
Gamesblog: nope.
TVblog: Justified.
Filmblog: Hidden Figures. Pretty good docu-drama that implies that everyone at NASA was a MASSIVE RACIST. Except John Glenn. 4*
Amigablog: spent a bit of time gaming with the boy on the wonder machine. Tried Worms: The Director’s Cut, but he didn’t quite get it. So ended up playing the old Buggy Boy game for a while.
Later on, I distributed a custom level for Worms: DC on the Faceache group. But not Aminet, which seemed to be closed to uploads.

Last night I installed My Time At Portia but it runs like a pig on my laptop. The characters move like they're wading underwater so I'm going to have to uninstall it and find something else to play.

A few weeks ago I downloaded an image for an old Pi3 that's an Amiga emulator - don't hate me for being a filthy casual amipal It boots up but I've not got round to having a proper play yet. It's full of games and tracker software and demoscene stuff and the like. It has a VPN installed so I can run it headless as I don't have a proper keyboard I could attach. Might look at that tonight if I get a chance. |

Destry That runs on GeForce Now. You could try the free tier and wait an hour to get a shot /s Have you grabbed any of the other free Epic games this festivus? Some of those had lower hardware expectations.

Played some Sniper Elite 4 last night. I do like the way that after popping a dude in the plums, 'TESTICLE SHOT' boldy appears on the screen.

Have you grabbed any of the other free Epic games this festivus? Some of those had lower hardware expectations. I've claimed a few so will check them out instead. |

You could get sandybahookie* to print you a T with this on:  *Sandy's doing well in the 64p NP2 game I sacked off... ...I had the worst starting position ever and fought, bargained and clawed me way up to second and discovered that my scummy then current allies were plotting my downfall with potential allies leaving me surrounded by layers of cunts 2 deep. Even Houdini Chumbles can't get out of that. But I am pleased to report that the backstabbing shits that organized this cuntery died. |

Went for a run earlier. Couple of trees down, and a few fences have seen better days. It also looks like the door to the bike shed for the flats opposite wasn't shut properly last night, so it's now hanging by a few splinters of wood.
That's about as exciting as it gets.
No games.

Too early for a drink? never too early, afternoon dear sir/madam/other life form, the title for the weekend box threw me this morning, I was expecting Mondays box and when I checked the day (Sunday) I thought it should be the weekend box, as it turns out admin decided to let boxing [day] continue for the weekend instead of calling it boxing weekend. I'm glad that the Cyber gods didn't end you all in a flaming digital blaze of hellfire.  |

Might look at that tonight if I get a chance. A pi is a great way to emulate an Amiga system! Handles most things you throw at it. There’s a chap on the Commodore Amiga faceache group who 3D-prints brackets to fit pi3s into empty Amiga 500 cases. Although you do need another extra gubbinz to use the original keyboard. |
