Poor Mr Tent Rooster. All of his life-savings gone and his possessions pawned to pay for Nintendo games. Tbf, the new roof was also quite expensive. New roofs are the worst. |

Huh. I only just noticed that last night crankcaller slipped unnoticed past the 6,000 posts mark with his Hogmanay greetings. I wonder whether anyone else could pull this off. I pulled off 5000 posts not so long ago. No-one noticed. My New year's resolution is to make couch to 10K posts. |

I've been back on the Valhalla. Took down Kvotje's fortress and decided to hike over the hills to get to the next place, which is called the Thing. Was almost there when a level 280 nutjob axed me to death with his axe. Suspect I may now have to hike all the way back.
Finding it hard to locate iron ore or deer, both of which I need to upgrade the rations bag. Seem to remember the wildlife being a lot more accessible in Odyssey.

I finally won a match of PUBG playing squads with randoms. It was a team of English guys who basically carried me, although I got one kill. Then I spent the evening teaming up with what seemed to be mostly Turkish and Cypriot players, which was quite the experience. Brexit now.
