amipalI'd never heard of Danger 5. Apparently both series are on Youtube. Worth a watch?

Happy birthday Tuffers! 40-odd not out must be one of your highest scores, surely?

ChumblesTake care old man. You might want to stay away from here if Baby has Covid. At least until you get your jab.

Birthday Greetings Tuffers. I just had a Covid test as I feel awful, no smell or taste and now I have a cough. Kid 2 is the same, she probably picked it up at nursey and gave it to me. Hopefully it is just a nasty cold, but we will see. I have had no sleep so I played PUBG at 4 a.m. Great crowd around at that time. Erm, I've like this for your birthday greetings! Not because you have the 'rona!

Happy birthday Tuffers! 40-odd not out must be one of your highest scores, surely? 22 n.o in Chennai 11/2/1993 India won by an innings and 22 runs As usual Tuffers was let down by Hick, Gatting etc* *if you don't look at the bowling figures that is: Tuffers - 41 overs, 0 wickets, 132 runs. Oh.

The weekendI spent hours poring over a chess application on my phone. I had twelve games going for some reason. I drank Scotch. I felt my eyes hood over ...
I went for a run on Sunday That is the essence of it. I also watched Cats - the film. I played Fortnite too ... 6 out of 10

I also watched some Saturday night TV. I like The Masked Singer. I like almost everything about it.

HBD tuffers. Hope things aren't too bad for chumbles, baby and others. Games, tried a few from the backlog but can't get into anything at the moment. Same with TV and books. Took a walk along the canal and it was over the bank, across the towpath and down the otherside of the bank.
Further walks are being looked for but not so keen in this weather. Good RPG or RTS game recommendations?

Its Tuffers birthday?! Stop the presses! Sound the flugelhorn! Battenbergs all round.
Good morning box based chatters!
Can I just shock you? I miss getting up at 8am and rushing out the door to get the train. I miss standing on the platform in the rain while a young lady screams "stand behind the yellow line for your own safety and the safety of others" every ten seconds. I miss the thrill of transgressing the yellow line on the way down the platform to my preferred entrainment spot because some belle end is taking up most of the platform pacing back and forth talking on their phone or fannying about with a bike. And most of all I miss sitting down on the near empty train for 50 minutes, with some video james videos, a flagon of rod hull and a chocolate croissant, with no one to bother me other than the odd ticket inspector. I even miss flinging coffee over myself on the walk to work.
In other news - video James! Hitman 3. Its top shelf banana. I don't want to give spoilers, but the training mission involved tampering with a fighter jet to orchestrate an unfortunate accident, and the current level is top 4 star material. Heavily recommended. Somehow the previous two never appealed, but I'm surprised they weren't a box pump staple. Seems right up the alley.
Also picked up Dyson sphere programme, which is like interplanetary factorio. It transcends banana. 🍌 Full recommends.

Good morning, I put a very small amount of garlic in a pasta sauce last night, and now the entire world reeks of garlic.
I had a dream I was choking on garlic flavoured vomit, so thick that I couldn't actually clear it, and so had to use my fingers to dig an airway so I could breathe.
Four stars would recommend.

Happy Birthday!
Hope you are ok, banyfark. I can't help note that Tuffers 'liked' the post where you described your symptoms. One of history's greatest, and oldest, monsters.

At home with me.
My tap is being fixed. This is pleasing.
I have a tax inspector in my TV. It is pretty disturbing. I am keeping up to date with my training and put the lecture on my tv. I now have a big bald man talking very firmly about tax to me.
Four stars, recommended.

Tax doesn't have to be taxing. It should be. The tougher it is the more people want me to do it for them I do not want an easy straightforward tax system. Plus I want to see the despair on their faces when I explain things to them. It's no good if they understand things.

I miss Babyfark. It's really sad to lose such a prominent 'boxer.
Oh well.
In other news, I seem to have accidentally booked a day off work, and now I'm working anyway, as I don't know what else to do. I'd quite like to go to the pub this afternoon.

Keef has two picks on the article on cheating in open world games. Really plumbing the depths of desperate self-congratulatory despair.

I have seen the light!
.... well the inside of the switch at least. Couldn’t get a complete new switch so had to dissemble the old one and insert a replacement cord. Springs, oily contacts, the odd gear wheel were jiffled apart, and back together in true steampunk fashion. Surprisingly it not only works, but even makes the same noise as before. Man work. PM has yet to give it the ultimate test.
