I have just been to the ’Baker Street’ area of London. It was better than a videogame version really because there were no shoot-outs I shot myself in the foot. So was there a shoot out or not? I thought it was a bit weird the way they handled harassment guy, they clearly filmed an extra scene and then just showed him like that in the ship. I guess they had no choice and hopefully it doesn't make it too messy going forward like it was in House of Cards. |

I hope Keir Starmer does a press conference, looking at the camera with full seriousness, and calling for the government to give Captain Tom a state funeral, with a statue on a plinth in Trafalgar Square.

I want Judge Dredd on a plinth in Trafalgar Square. With the inscription, "Ignorance of the law is no excuse". Something like that.
In other news, I've bought some plant based burgers. Closer inspection reveals that it's just peas and onions held together with shit loads of chemicals.

In great detail, why he was wrong, you were right, and he should have supported you into Budapest and given you a support hold in Vienna, and that he basically ruined his own game, and ruined yours, through his own stupidity? |

We attacked each other. I thought he was being cagey and actually ... someone else whispered to me that he was plotting against me; and so I attacked him. At the end of the turn I could see that he had tried to attack me, so I felt validated in my actions ... But of course, with the benefit of ... many years of mulling it over ... I can see that he must have felt validated in his actions too. Perhaps he thought I was plotting against him. That I was in fact the monster. I'm sorry WilliumCobblers.

I've downloaded the Fighting Fantasy App for my phone. Firetop Mountain or Deathtrap Dungeon? Go East or West? Try to steal the treasure from the sleeping dwarf or tiptoe past? These are the kinds of decision I can just about cope with at the moment.

I had the book in my Amazon 'Saved for later' list, then I was reminded of it by the 'What does seeing the number 33 again and again and again mean' websites.
Was the Cosmos telling me something? Was my Guardian Angel invisibly winking behind my back and placing a finger on the side of his nose? ...

I thought it was a bundling up of the Wendigo monster concept with ideas of pan-global psychological malaise.

I did think that ... the new Star Wars films would have been better if they'd gone down the route of ... the Dark Side of the Force playing out via the legacy of the Rebel Alliance and the Jedi.
I mean ... The first casualty of war is innocence. Luke Skywalker kills many people. Obi Wan cuts off someone's arm!
It seems to be hinted at in the new films but not really run with.
