Good morning, I wanted to watch the latest episode of the Expanse last night, but was instead forced to watch the first two episodes of WandaVison. It was not my cup of tea.
I got my revenge by continually asking what the characters were called, and why it's called WandaVison.
No games.

Morning folks. Wimmen eh? Marvellous.
TV. No Books. Something I'm reading for the work zoom bookgroup that I've been pressganged into helping with.
Games. Can't get near the PS4 for various reasons so it's been Minecraft on the iPad.
It's been a frustrating experience and no mistake. Ok, lots of mistakes. The lack of any sort of in game guide to survival mode has pissed me off. I don't want my hand held (ok, go on then) but I last night after about 5 attempts managed to make a crafting table, a bed and carve a cave out of a rockface for a shelter.
Made a furnace as well so I can eat. Have copied the game save so I can at least get back to there.
Despite this I am enjoying it and only managed the above due to wikis/YouTube.
Maybe if the folk at mojang(?) took on my criticism they might sell a few copies and make it popular. Might even become a "thing" who knows!
TL.DR Git gud

Hello all.
Boy had to be carried home kicking and screaming yesterday after treating his friend horribly. Good fun. 🙄
TVblog: just Adventure Time.
That’s all I’ve got. For now.

When you see a child mid-meltdown being carried away/home/to the car there's always a "thank fuck it's not mine this time..." moment.
Porridge with banana, apple, sultana, walnut, cherry for breakfast. Bootiful.

Morning
Books - A Delicate Truth by John le Carre, and then on to Our Kind Of Traitor. Games - some total warhammer, in an attempt to assuage my pump levels for Total Warhammer 3.
OTTM, spent far too long scraping off some painting I’d done so that I can do some more painting, but better this time.

I dunno, I always suspect that the kids who are able to kick off with aplomb at an early age will probably go on to have a great life - stellar careers stepping over bodies on the way up, possibly in the financial services or government outsourcing industries; and riding their sweet hogs on the highways and meeting loads of hot chicks in their spare time. By teaching our children to be nice and polite are we not condemning them to life in the public sector with only video games and craft beer for comfort?

I saw a great meltdown in the co-op yesterday. Mummy let little toddler boy hold her bank card to do the contactless payment. "ahh". However, little boy decided the card was now his. Mummy tried to reason with him but he stood firm. (by now, if this was my kid, I would have yanked it out of his hand hopefully causing permanent scarring) but she ended up just letting him hold it as they left the shop. She obviously tried to reclaim the card outside as when I left he was lying on the floor face down screaming. Tldr, get the snip

I know all the joy* that children bring but reading this makes happy I don't have any kids.
*Mainly from wild eyed parents.

The Expanse Series 5
I enjoyed it mostly. I need series 6 right now or there may be a tantrum.
Major character's story cut short by the actor's misconduct.
Four stars recommended.

It's the only way they will learn.

The children who aren't mine are total cunts, so I guess they'll be ok.

I have just been to the ’Baker Street’ area of London. It was a bit like a videogame take on London: Many empty streets and blank doors I could not interact with.
It was better than a videogame version really because there were no shoot-outs or people standing on corners with question marks above their heads.
I shot myself in the foot. I purchased lunch at a branch of ‘Pret a Manger’ instead of being patient and going into the ‘Wenzel’s’ I saw on the way in.

It's always there. Ghostly. Did you hear it or didn't you?
I walked past a bronze staue of Sherlock Holmes. I walked into the heart of Marylebone. It was a pretty uneventful trip really. I had to go to an ear clinic...

We're waiting for a BT engineer to come and fix our internet. This will be the fourth time they haven't arrived. Who does that? What kind of company makes appointments that they don't keep?
Buzby did not die for this.
