I just watched a 10 minute Arnold Schwarzenegger motivational speech. No idea why. You have a poor attitude to reaching the helicopter? You rarely return when you should? You crave a catchy Spanish farewell message? Your friend Bennett needs to relax more and you are struggling to find a way to voice an appropriate encouragement for this? |

I was pretty unwell yesterday. Laid up, sick shivering...
We had a BT engineer come so I had to make out I was well so he didn’t think I had Covid. I also had to walk to the chemist in the snow and provide a urine sample in a public toilet. A bad business. A bad day. Yesterday was a bad day...

Dr Shenguin recommends that house calls should be carried out by qualified GPs, not BT Engineers. |

I was able to get some medication, though the prescription sent by the doctor I spoke to at the 111 line didn’t get there, so I had to get one later from my GP instead... I have been drinking water. The problem is ... I drink a lot of tea and coffee. When you feel too ill to keep up your caffeine intake I think you end up feeling doubly bad. |
