Used to love the scouts as a boy.
No H&S, guns, fires, jumping into rivers, eating shit found in the woods, not actual shit, just 'here's a book of stuff that's probably OK to eat' type shit.

I'd have thought that was a bit disappointing.
You could have persuaded another club to take him on? Or at least Sunderland.
A couple of years ago he seemed very much in demand.
And seemed to generally do a decent job.

Yeah he did a good job and was probably a goalkeeper short of winning the league in 15/16 when Celtic were shite. Sitting top well into the season when Klopp recalled Danny Ward to put him on the bench. He had had 13 clean sheets in 20 games. We replaced him with some fucking prize draw winner and that was that. Then he finished 2nd even after R*****s were promoted to the top flight and delivered the lolz by publicly turning Them down as well as Sunderland. But it's been downhill since 17/18 and one goal in the last 9 is relegation form. Sad really. I've been coasting gratuitously at my job for over a decade now and yet not even a sniff of getting a sweet deal to fuck off. |
