Morning all, hopping along, singing a song!
There is significantly less snow than was promised.
Games - smashed Nargacuga and a few Magnamalos, nearly got the mafnamalo armour set. Anjanath is next. Also been on the autochess again, got a fairly respectable sixth followed by a stonking win.
Ottm - back in the office (bed). languid.

I weighed myself before and after my shower this morning and discovered that I lost half a kilo during the shower. So fuck all that exercise malarkey, my advice is just take a few showers a day to get to your ideal weight.

I used my lunch break to make chicken Pathia for dinner later and to obtain materials to build warp cells in NMS.
Next door just had a noisy skip delivered.
When I was a student one of housemates stated it was OK to wee in the shower. He was from Manchester.

Just had some Jonnie's Onion Rings corn snacks. Tremendous.
Bit parky out. Easter holidays last year was gorgeous.

Morning.
The only good Monday is a Bank Holiday Monday.
Weatherblog: sunny and cold with the occasional snowflake floating past. Perfect outdoor pub weather.
Lunchblog: quick prawn, peppers and noodle stir fry.
Ganesblog: ACNH, caught the last half hour of the fishing tourney on Saturday. The Mario pipes are a big help in getting to the best fishing spots fast.
I should have paid more attention to this and didn't, but once more I was appalled (APPALLED, I tell you!) how short the cherry blossom season is. No, I'm not going to go back in time to get more recipes. There's always next year. If anyone has any doubles, please get in touch.
I also played more Xenoblade Chronicles and have reached Chapter 4. Maybe the fact that the game still throws tutorials at you at this stage should have given the game designers enough pause to consider whether the battle system was maybe the tiniest bit overengineered? I'm enjoying the game but I wish I could put it on hold to play Monster Hunter. Only I can't because if I take a break I'm going to have to re-learn combat, and I feel that getting a degree in rocket science might be the easier option.
Sunday night's game stream was more Trails in the Sky. I recently saw an article that compared the scope and complexity of the Trails series (specifically the Trails of Cold Steel entries) to Game of Thrones. I didn't read the article because it contained spoilers but the premise sounds about right. There are plans to put Trails of CS I & II on the Switch, but so far Japan only. By the time I'll get time to play these games hopefully they've come to the West and I can do them in chronological order.
tl;dr: Games, eh? Marvellous.
