I had spaghetti for lunch, in a tangy tomato sauce. It was nice.
For a Wednesday, though, today has too much of the 'Tuesday' feeling.

Finally got to play PUBG. I landed at the newish ship yard on the south coast of the main island, looted in peace and then ran for 15 minutes to make the next two circles. As I finally reached my target someone instantly gunned my down whilst hiding in a petrol station.

Boris to say if Boris broke the law? Isn't this the pm who said he would deliberately break international law earlier this year?

Boris to say if Boris broke the law? Isn't this the pm who said he would deliberately break international law earlier this year? A few months ago I told the American British people I did not trade arms for hostages PPE contracts for curtains My heart and my best intentions tell me that's true, but the facts and evidence tell me it is not.

Boris to say if Boris broke the law? Isn't this the pm who said he would deliberately break international law earlier this year? Who better to adjudicate? It says he knows what the law is and he's happy to admit to breaking it. I don't really mean that ... To be honest I wasn't sure what your post meant. I couldn't follow its logic. I did get the sense.

My heart and my best intentions tell me that's true, but the facts and evidence tell me it is not. has long been one of my favourite admissions of wrongdoing. I love the way he separates himself from his actions.

I was feeling bored of the UK news monomania so went onto the 'World Socialist Web Site' to get a new take. The top story was: 'Forward to the International Workers Alliance of Rank-and-File Committees!' What the Hell? That is not a story. No wonder there are no more communists.

Where is the good news? Not in a biblical sense. Where is the quality news? The high quality news.

There are still some unfortunately. We have quite a few in Sheffield. My friends went to a couple of meetings for a laugh, they said the people who went were a whole new level of annoying fuckwit. And bear in mind they knew me already.

Well - that's how it seems.

Statements of encouragement are pretty much all the far left is currently in a position to offer.

I went to a Tommy Sheridan speech when I was a student in the early 90s, when he was still the hero of the left after leading the poll tax revolt in the late 80s. He stood up and made a very invigorating speech, comrade this, brothers and sisters that, bring down the government the other, shouting at the top of his voice even though we were in a small room. Quite impressive really. Then one of my fellow students (who I had been at school with and had barely ever heard speak) got up and interrupted him by reading out a long prepared speech about how he was not truly socialist, that he was not an authentic Trotskyite, and therefore had to concede that he was nothing more than a craven creature of the Tories. The meeting descended into a mutual shouting match and I slipped out to the union bar next door. That's how you do communism properly.

We had an Economics teacher at school who became impassioned about political issues. He'd press his fists against his head and pace up and down, ranting about the miners' strike. He called us 'Thatcher's Children'. He hated Tony Barber. He didn't like 'Smiler' Blair. He was terrifying really - for temperamental reasons. He could 'turn', like that (clicks fingers).
But one day he took us to an economics conference to see 'King Arthur'.
Arthur Scargill. A good day.
