No pub adventures here yet.
Extra weekend day was spent mostly cooking things.
Decided to crack open GTA again, only 100 mins of downloads on fibre speeds.
Early morning and back to work is not what I'd want to do tomorrow.

The weather forecast is currently for continuous rain for the next 15 days in Edinburgh. Just kill me now.
Had to cancel my first drinks in many months with some friends this eve because the venue couldnt guarantee we wouldnt be sitting in the rain due to lack of covered tables. Im in a bit of a rage about it, argggh!  The way things are going here a covered table wouldn't make any difference. I really need to get my local election postal vote to a mail box but I don't want to go outside. Godzilla vs. King Kong, Alien vs. Predator, Democracy vs. The Weather. |

Afternoon.
I did actually read all that.
Games - fair bit of returnal last night. Hit the 1st boss and died but starting to get the hang of things now about 6 hrs in. Not sure will finish it before resi is out on Friday.
Also downloaded the resi remake on my switch, not sure when will fit that in.
Tv - started rewatching black mirror last night. Bloody good stuff
The bins haven’t been collected in manchester, I can confirm.

Finally got round to trying the microwave popcorn maker I bought *checks Amazon* last August.
Tremendous scenes. Can see me becoming a homemade popcorn wanker. Hang on, no, that's not right. Homemade popcorn enthusiast that's it!
Going to try Cajun spices as a topping next time.

More than a decade ago I sustained a burns injury from an old fashioned popcorn maker on an, ahem, delicate part of my body. I was wearing a low-cut top when a piece of hot corn, err... well. For many years it remained visible but today I no longer have a scar.
For this reason I approve of microwave popcorn. Keeps it contained. Weird stuff, though.
