I had leftover vegetables roasted with herbs and spices, with fried halloumi, served with a squeeze of lime juice. I love squeaky cheese.
I used a pack of prepared Mediterranean vegetables from Sainsbury's, just peeled and chopped (not with their dressing already on). It was a game changer. I can eat butternut squash without condemning myself to eating it every day for a week or throwing most of it away. Less work, less waste.
I was planning on eating a cauliflower drowned in cheese sauce for dinner tonight, but I don't think I can be bothered. I might just have egg and beans instead.
Fascinating chat, I know.
Gods, I am so fucking bored at work.

I've booked a cheeky day off on Monday, as Mrs gong is having a Sunday roast, and an overnighter with her eldest boy and family, while I get to go to the coast with Dog to see my mum, and then back for several hours uninterrupted gaming into the wee hours. Some team PUBG is already arranged, and after I've embarrassed myself there, probably Subnautica until I headbutt the keyboard.
Eggmayo and bacon on rye, crisps, and full fat coke.
I have not touched the coke as it's BDT and will be much nicer in about 4 hours with some rum and a wedge of lime.

Started up Diablo 3 again, now heading down the loot rabbit hole Tonight at 10pm there's a new Nintendo Direct, and allegedly Diablo 3 coming to the Switch is a badly kept secret. I might be able to join you on the go sometime in the future. Keza will have to do some speedy writing tonight, but at least tomorrow's game section is sorted. |
